A family relative suggested me to go here and Have gone around 4 times now and will keep going. They have a great and friendly staff. They are also bilingual which is awesome! I would suggest this place to all.

Had an appointment with Mundo Dentistry Dr. Howell and staff were superb. They took the time to explain everything to me, Dr. Howell was very thorough. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for excellent dental care. I found out while I was there, they also specialize in pediatric dentistry. Bring the whole family!

Rude staff. Change schedules by texting numerous times. They don’t care. Not worth a hassle. I am going to find a new dentist who cares.
My son and I had 1st dental appointments last March and their services were great. So i made 6month routine appointments for my son on Sept.26 4pm and Oct. 2nd for mine.
Today is Oct. 2nd. But my son nor I got services yet. My son had to reschedule again and again.
I called the office Aug. 19 to confirm schedules but receptionist told me that my son’s appointment time was 3pm instead of 4pm on sept 26. So i had to reschedule Oct 10 at 4pm but soon they switched time again to 5pm. So I called Mundo to complain and told me there was no hygienist at 4pm nor 5pm for my son. So i had to reschedule him for Oct 14 at 4pm again. So far, my son has had 5 different time and date for his appt.
For mine, I got a phone call yesterday and saying their hygienist has a family emergency Oct 2 which is today. so i had to move my schedule to oct. 7. Today afternoon I had two missed calls from dentist while i was cooking and one text message saying that I didn’t confirm the appointment so my schedule was canceled. By that point, of cause i was mad at hell. So i drove to office and complained. But the receptionist told me to leave because i raised my voice.
It was horrible experiences and I will never never gonna go back there again.

Dr. Matthew Howell , i did not cursed your staff. I yelled at her because she accused me changing appointments. I already provided texts i got from your office thru email. And please do check phone logs that i already provided exact date and times. And Yesterday text that I received had no “c” confirmation message. It said “see you soon” which I already sent to your email. People do change their appointments due to all kind of reasons. But what happened to my son and my appointment time were little too much. I changed my termite appointment because of dental appointment too. Please value my time too. And Seriously i did not curse the lady. You better check with your staff.

Kimberly and Dr Howell are true angels. They are kind understanding and more than helpful. I will advise anyone that is in need of a dentist to visit his office. It's immediately obvious that Kimberly and Dr Howell cherish the work that they do. Thank you both for helping me smile again
