My appointment was at 4:00. I arrived on time and was taken back promptly by the dental assistant. She was very nice and I was told the Dentist would be with me shortly. I waited 45 minutes before I was seen and it only took 5 minutes to replace the crown which had fallen off. It was at the end of the day and things were shutting down by then. I appreciate friendliness but Too much unnecessary conversation going on. I could have been home by the time I was seen.
