I really like Dr. Thomas but their record keeping skills are the worst. I had all my upper teeth extracted paid cash my insurance company came back and paid for two extractions which gave me a $70.00 credit that I never used in the mean time there was some other work done that the insurance did not pay all of they kept billing me for a little over $200.00 dollars and i kept telling them once they removed the $70..00 credit I would be happy to pay the balance. Oh well I was just informed that they turned it over to a collection agency to collect.

This was my first visit after moving here and leaving a practice I had been with for many many years. I felt welcomed from my front desk experience to the hygentist that cleaned my teeth to the doctor I met for the first time. Wonderful people. They were all great! I came home and he could see how happy and excited I was. My husband will be next. We made a great choice and going to be very happy here

I expirenced somewhat of a dental emergency while on vacation here in Myrtle Beach. I reached out to North Myrtle Beach Dentisty online and was able to set up an appointment right from their website. Super convenient might I add. I got an immediate response via text message with my appointment date and time. When I arrived at the office ALL of the staff was kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I was of course embarrassed but they made me feel so comfortable. I can't thank them enough for their kindnesss and understanding. Loved them so much I may just have to make Dr.Shayal Narayan my primary dentist from now on. She was absolutely amazing. I couldn't think of a better excuse to have to visit the beach twice a year. Thank you again to all of the wonderful staff.

First, I was very excited to go here after reading all the great reviews. I had a cavity that needed to be filled and they got me in, in about 3 weeks but when I first booked the appointment I said I want my teeth cleaned, X-rays done and the cavity fixed. Well that got lost in translation but oh well, at least I can get my cavity fixed and discomfort gone and I’ll make another appointment later on for the other stuff. Which turned out they couldn’t get my cleaning and full X-rays done until December 27th 2022 since I’m a new patient. That’s absurd. Second, they told me I’d only need to pay twenty dollars for my filling after insurance, great! Yeah no, 2 weeks after that I get a bill in the mail for over a hundred dollars!! What happened to only paying twenty? Shouldn’t they have ran my insurance first to know (not assume) that it wasn’t fully covered? Absolutely ridiculous. Will not go back and would never recommend someone

The dentist was amazing answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help come up with a dental plan for me.
