The entire staff at Family Dental were awesome! From the front desk to Dr. Brown. Everyone was highly professional and friendly. Dr. Brown was great with my anxiety, he explained everything he was doing, and was very gentle. He understood my anxiety of dentists and mad me feel very comfortable. If ever I need anymore teeth extracted, he will always be the one I go to. I cannot praise any of the staff more. Tori and the other girls were just as amazing. Worst dental doctor experience ever!!!
Young and very inexperience. Recemented my tooth without even washing the canal and did not put any medicine. Made 2 holes in my crown and said ; "who cares nobody sees it anyway" (it was my rear tooth)

The hygienists are great - very gentle and thorough. Everyone is friendly and Dr. Brown is extremely knowledgeable with a wonderful bedside manner. He has a discussion with you and makes a recommendation based on that conversation instead of just telling you what he is going to do. I feel like Iām in great hands here!

This was my first visit after being a patient at Pelham Links for over 20 years. I was hesitant changing dentists and only did so because of a change in insurance coverage. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail by my hygienist Ty. She explained every step in detail and did an excellent job. I also was pleased by the professionalism of Dr. Koko Covington. Dr. Brown and Audrey were absolutely wonderful! I was a new patient coming in to get an extraction of my wisdom tooth. I was sleep deprived, miserable and had been in pain for a week! I couldn't hold it together any longer and burst into tears while waiting for Dr. Brown to come in. Smh Dr. Brown came in and got started right away. Did my x rays and we got started shortly after. The biggest thing is they actually cared. Explained everything to me step by step. Being that I was in a new office with new people, I didnt feel nervous one bit! I didnt feel like I was just a patient, get me in and get me out! I appreciate their kindness more than they will ever know. Thank you Dr. Brown and Thank you Audrey! ā¤
