The Solomon family dentistry experience was phenomenal I definitely enjoyed the staff they made my daughter feel very comfortable and if we need any more dental cares in the future I will definitely be bringing her back I would definitely like to say thank you all for being so pleasant and kind to us and making sure that everything got done correctly and also the instructions that was given for when we left was awesome as well thank you so much.

Everytime I make an appointment, I am called to reschedule to come in for an earlier time. Then, if I keep my same time and refuse to come earlier because I have plans, I end up with a different hygienist each time and never know who I'm getting because mine leaves early. And not every hygienist is as gentle with cleaning the wire behind my teeth. I also called over 6 months ago to schedule appointments for my son's first dental appointment and my husband, but was told I'd receive a call from the scheduling coordinator and never did. I am really debating whether to find another dental office where I can also take my son. My son's pediatrician keeps asking if I've taken my son to his first dental appointment and I keep telling him my dentist won't answer the phone (when I try calling the kids dental office in carnes) or they won't call me back when I request a call from another office or online. Dr. Solomon himself and the staff are great, but at this point, my frustrations outway the good.

Ok did not get off to a good at the start in knightsville ..in all fairness they are a great dentisty...team work goes a long way. ...and the Summerville branch knew how to get it done. With hospitality and work ethic. Great work and who ever answered my call of complaint did a swell job ....dentist was better than good
