I want to provide a very positive review about my recent visit. When I called on Wednesday, June 23, around 11:15 to make an appointment about a loose crown, thinking I I might get in by mid-July, the receptionist asked a few questions, then asked if I was free to come right away. Dr. Mike could see me at 12:30. He checked me out, decided the problem was serious, explained the issues with my teeth and a bridge, and pulled my problem tooth right away. He and his assistant were very careful and thorough about explaining everything, showing me x-rays, and ensuring that I did not have any pain during the process. I have an appointment for follow-up action once my gum has healed from the extraction. As usual, Dental Care Associates provided excellent service.

Have been going to Dental Care Associates since 1999 when my husband had a cavity that was killing him on a Saturday, we were new in town and called several offices and got turned away from everyone until when we called Dental Care Associates and Michael answered. Michael was in doing paperwork and said to bring him in, even though we were new patients and they really were not open on, his care for my husbands comfort was now his priority. This husband wife team is the best in town, always there when needed. Nichol is my dentist and I absolutely love her. So kind and caring they even have blankets to cover you up with so you feel more safe and secure when getting work done. Thanks a million from my family to yours Michael and Nichol.

I've been going here since I was a teenager and I've always had a great experience! All the hygienists are very friendly and caring. I've been seen by all the dentists, who are all very personable. My personal favorite is Dr. Chelsea Kuipers; she truly cares about your issues and does a wonderful job explaining everything.

My Dental Hygienist is the best - she doesn't abuse my gums like I've experienced. She's always careful about doing an extra thorough cleaning but doesn't leave me with a swollen mouth. The Dentists are also great. The entire team is willing to help with insurance quotes, pricing for non covered items, and cosmetic stuff. Love this place because I never get stuck waiting in the reception area - I'm right in as scheduled.

New patient. Had to bring my 9 yr old in to get two teeth extracted to continue with her orthodontic care. The staff was very friendly and she (and I) loved the experience with both the dentist, Dr Booth and her assistant Kenzie! They were able to kindly help her through her nervousness and fear. We are brand new to the area and will definitely get the rest of our family established there as patients as well!

Brittany was great cleaning my teeth, I told her I like getting my teeth cleaned and to not worry about hurting me. My teeth are very polished and clean. Dr Nichol is always very pleasant and personable too. I would recommend Dental Care Associates to everyone!

My 3 year old daughter had her first dental appointment instead of a typical dentist would think of money in the bank, the dentist was very kind patient trying to ease my daughter into getting her teeth counted and cleaned. Despite all their efforts and time as well their patience; They were only able to count her teeth, no cleaning this time, attempt number 2 will be in about 6 months so hopefully it's a better outcome. They deserve praise for their kindness and caring as well their professionalism.
