I tell EVERYONE to go here. It is a truly luxurious experience- from the aesthetic and decor to the bose headphones and flatscreen TV ceilings! Everyone should come here for your dental cleanings, I can’t believe it is all completely covered by my insurance. I truly look forward to going to the dentist!

UPDATE: Dr. Patel personally called and apologized for the incident and refunded the payment. He took the time to explain what happened, why it should have been handled differently by his staff, and promised to see to it that everything gets resolved. He obviously values customer service and the fact that he called and fixed the issue personally demonstrates a strong business ethic and character. Mistakes happen in every kind of business, but the ones that stand out are those that reach out and make it right when they do. Kudos.
The dental cleaning, customer service, etc was great and I felt well taken care of. When I left I provided my insurance (I also provided it over the phone before I came and at the beginning of the visit) and afterwards was told what I owe and I paid and left. Then a month later I got an invoice in my email for an additional payment with no explaination included in the email. I called and was told that they miscalculated my copay and that I owed more. It happens, I understand, I’ll happily pay what I owe.
However no apology was offered and the billing person didn’t show any consideration of the situation. I was simply asked for my payment information and got a thank you and goodbye. A little “hey sorry you’re getting a bill a month later on something you thought was fully paid” would have been nice.
Unfortunately a sour ending to an initially positive experience.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is very friendly and it’s beautifully decorated. They do fantastic work, they take their time and don’t make you feel rushed at all. I recommend this office to all my friends and family.
