Today my adult son (20yrs old) had 4&1/2 hours worth of work done and the care was unbelievably incredible! She was awesome. The dentists assistant was as professional and caring as she was! Everyone in office was like family. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

Dr. Francis and the staff at this office were all most helpful. I went to him as a walk-in with a horrible toothache after spending the day dealing with a horrible dental office located in Clarksville. Dr. Francis did an amazing job listening to my concerns and making me comfortable throughout the visit. I did not give them 5 stars because although I understand they may have been busy with other patients, there was a period where I sat in the room for a great length of time and not a sole came in to see if I was ok, while a few assistants stood directly outside the door and had conversation. Other than that it was a great experience.

This place has a team of skilled, caring professionals, and the facilities are top-notch. They make their own crowns in-house so you don't have to wear a temporary while waiting for your crown to arrive. The X-Rays are digital, so you can see a large, clear image of your teeth on a computer screen. And if you hate having dental work done they can sedate you. Five stars for outstanding facilities and excellent work!

I had to get my very first filling ever and Ashley Diaz and Dr.Haroun helped me get through it. They were absolutely amazing. Ashley built a great patient relationship with me and I will 100% be going back

Future visits to the dentist will definently be less scary because of hygienist Alaina Teeter. She is a very gentle, caring woman. She noticed how nervous I was and made modifications to better fit my needs. She was genuinely an amazing, happy, caring woman who goes above and beyond for her patients.

Enjoyed my first visit with this office. I even left a 5 star review. They had me make an appointment for a deep clean, fixing a fractured tooth, and two cavities. They also told me they’d refer me to a surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed because they are not growing in the right way and it was causing me some pain pretty often. I was told I would have to have the cost for the fractured tooth, 2 cavities, and deep clean half paid before the visit. Definitely shocked when I was told how much it would cost, I paid and came in for my next appointment where I received a deep clean and the the fixed the fractured tooth. That was an unpleasant experience because it didn’t fit correctly in my tooth and they kept trying to force it in. Then it was dropped on the floor. I just shrugged it off because people have bad days sometimes. He then tells me I’d have to make yet another appointment for my cavities because he ran out of time. They collected yet another payment from me that day as well. Unfortunately I was unable to take off work again for another appointment. Also never received any information on the surgeon referral for my wisdom teeth. They were totally unconcerned with this scheduling problem. Fast forward to today, I still have these 2 impacted wisdom teeth that give me trouble often. One seems to be infected right now. I have been in excruciating pain for 2 days. Unable to sleep. I can not open my mouth to eat. I have a pretty large lump on my cheek and the whole right side of my face is swollen and very warm. So I go to their website and see that they work on saturdays for dental emergencies and called the number that was provided. I told them what was going on and that I thought I needed some antibiotics for the infection. She gets my patient information then asks me what day during the week would be best for me. I told her that I really need the antibiotics now. I’m unable to sleep and I’m getting a little concerned with how severe this is getting. She then told me that I was due for my yearly cleaning so I need to come in for that and they would give me antibiotics the day of that appointment. She offered no solution, no advice, not a single thing. We got disconnected and she never attempted to call back. This is extremely horrible patient care. As someone who works in the medical field, I don’t understand how you can have such a blatant disregard for your patient’s health and well being. I hate to leave a bad review but this needs to be addressed. I ended up with antibiotics from another clinic and was told there to get in with my dentist as soon as possible. So I’ll be looking for a new office. The way this office makes money a priority has been concerning to me from the start, but hearing that an appointment that I would obviously have to pay for took priority over treating an infection is where I draw the line.

Clarksville Modern Dentistry is the best. The best front office, the best financial department, the best Dental Assistant, the best Cleaner, and the best Dentist! If I missed anyone the whole staff is wonderful. Very friendly, clean facility, the ladies are so sweet, and the staff will sit down and explain everything for you. Thank you and I would highly recommend this Dentistry Clinic. Thank you again!

There is no better place than Clarksville Modern Dentistry. Dr. Kandati is honest, intelligent, friendly, and an wonderful dentist. Their hygienist, Alaina, is second to none! It is so wonderful to have access to a practice that puts its patients first, while still providing the best in care and services provided.

My husband, Konstantinos Selvin, and I both have had the best care we have ever received at a dentist office. Dr. Sahiti Kandati and her staff explain everything thoroughly. They do everything right there in their office from teeth cleaning to dentures. We want to thank them for the great care we have received.

My first appointment for a cleaning was scheduled far in advance, when I showed up and sitting in the chair the receptionist came in and said it is going to be a 2 hour wait or we could reschedule you. I waited because I really needed a cleaning and I did not want to come back.
My 2nd appointment for a cleaning was scheduled for Saturday May 15, 2021 (which was moved from April due to their schedule) at 10 am.
I showed up about 9:55am and the office was closed. I waited thinking they just had not arrived yet, at 10:05 I tried to call the office and no one answered.
NOTE: I received a confirmation text that morning at 8 am.
At 10:10 I called the main office and she put me on hold and came back and said she "is not sure what happened" she sees my appt time, and no one is answering at the office.
She said she would have someone follow up with me regarding this, now 2 weeks later I still have yet to hear from anyone at the company/office.
Needless to say I will be finding another dentist, one that appreciates my time.
