I have always been leary of Dentists. Patriot Family Dental is the best dental office I have ever experienced. They are extremely professional, the office is very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and will make sure that you are comfortable and relaxed. My tooth was broken off, I feared a bad extraction. The extraction was so smooth, that I did not realize the tooth was out. I highly recommend this office.

My husband had two teeth pulled, x-rays and a cleaning done here in November 2018. One of the teeth pulled was a top tooth and after the extraction he had a sinus exposure which was supposed to be addressed on his appointment day. We were over-charged and I have contacted the office numerous times for a refund. It is now February 2019 and we have yet to receive a refund. My husband had to see a different dentist for the sinus exposure which we had to pay more for and he had to miss more work. Very displeased with this office!

Moana is the best Dental Assistant ever. I have been to a number of Dentists and Moana is by far the most compassionate, person I have met. She goes out of her way to accommodate the special needs of her patients. It is refreshing to meet someone so caring and interested in insuring you are comfortable as you go through dental treatments. She is superior at her job and her peers should look to her as an exemplary example of what a great dental assistant should and could be.

I had some cosmetic dental bonding that recently came undone after being attached for years. My primary dentist told me that they couldn't schedule me in for at least two weeks.
That is when I found Patriot Family Dental, even though I was skeptical of them being a new facility, I decided to go with them.
Not only were they able to schedule me that week(24 hours later) to replace it. They was able to do it during my first visit and have me in and out before I had to be at work.
This was a huge deciding factor, in that unlike other dentists, who told me that I would have to make a 'new patient visit' and then come back at a different date to have it done.
This wasn't an issue at Patriot Family Dental.
The dentist is very personable and the front office staff (Natasha - obviously made an impression if I remember her first name ;), yet the first office staff is very down to earth and doesn't have the 'pressuring sales attitude' that is at some dental offices.
Will definitely be back for my future dental work

After waiting a bit longer than expected one morning, and expressing my issues on this page, Dr Carol personally called me that evening to express her apologies for the wait time and to explain the unusual circumstance.
She is always friendly and caring, and as a dentist, she tells you more about what is going on than any other dentist I have seen over the years.
Fully recommend to anyone. Very clean and friendly environment as well.
