I went here for my yearly dental cleaning and xrays. My primary health insurance and dental insurance in combination pay for my dental cleanings. When I informed the front desk that I had additional insurance the lady told me that she could look it up on her own and my insurance was covered. Well 3 months later and I get a 200 dollar bill in the mail where my insurance did not cover it? When I called I was informed that my health insurance is not in network but my dental was. How ridiculous!! Her not checking was a 200 dollar mistake! Please if you go here and you have two insurances that pay your claims, make sure they take both and make sure they double check!! I will never go here again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointed in the care received. I tried to discuss the treatment plan with the dentist before treatment and he said nothing of complications so severe that he could not handle care for the complication in that office. They also never asked if I wanted nitrous oxide, never told me it was optional because insurance doesn't pay for it, gave it and then charged me $75 because insurance doesn't pay for it. I had to go to a second dentist that day to fix the complication from his procedure. Ended up wasting 2 1/2 hours at Richview Family Dentristry and later 1 1/2s to fix what was caused at Richview.

Broke a tooth on Sunday night. The staff worked me in Monday morning and ended up putting a crown on , which takes a significant amount of time. Dr Nina and Ashlee were fantastic!!!
