They provided such a pleasant experience. Such a friendly and informative staff that provided great service with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!! RUDE!
Today I visited Dr. Ray office to have an X-ray on a tooth that was bothering me. I ended up having the tooth extracted. The entire time I was in the chair Dr. Ray and his assistant Erica, who had a bad attitude, made negative comments back and forth about my tooth. Once Dr. Ray left the room after he finished this painful extraction, I was lectured about my tooth and ridiculed. I was given no paperwork on how to care for my extraction, antibiotics or anything for pain. I informed Carmen at the front desk that my wife nor I would walk back into their office.
