Dentistry on Walnut Grove

The care itself is good. However, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else unless you have more money than you know what to do with. The staff communicate poorly not only with each other, but also with the patients. On two occasions, mistakes on the part of the staff cost me several hundred dollars. Care will change on the fly; that happens when the dentist thinks something needs to be done and then something else needs to be done. That’s fine in and of itself, but, when the communication breaks down, they don’t think about insurance, they give false estimates only to charge you later, etc.

TL;DR: save your money, go somewhere else. Plenty of competent dentists who know how to communicate.

Love this dental office. They are always so friendly & organized and efficient. I like both doctors there.

This office is so great. Not a long wait time, kind and considerate staff, and a clean, comfortable environment. Tina worked on my teeth this morning and I had the most wonderful time with her! She gave me lots of new information on my teeth and answered all my questions. Dr. Fong is just as helpful and kind, he gave me his full attention and didn’t seem to be rushing through his time with me as many other dentists do. Will be making this office my full time dental care.

They were extremely professional with a caring attitude and the office is clean and very beautiful. And the technology was up-to-date. Usually I'm very fearful I'm dentist but for some reason I was very calm and at ease. I like the way they showed you the pricing. It was a great experience

First time patient. I was seen at my exact appointment time (how often does that happen at any office?!) Staff were friendly, professional, and thorough. Their 3d mold and x-rays got them caught up on 30 years worth of dental history in about 15 minutes. Very pleased, would recommend, will definitely return.

First time at this office staff was great. Very explanatory about what your insurance covers and not. Everyone is happy to do their jobs. Communication is what runs this office. Glad I gave them a chance.

State of the art dentistry. Everyone is so nice and professional. I normally don't like to go to the dentist, but here I know I am getting the best care with the kindest, most intelligent group of professionals. 5 Stars!!

This is my first time visiting them. It is also my first teeth extraction. Everything went smooth. From the time I checked in till I left. I was taken care of. Very professional. They explained everything to the T. Dr. Mallory and her assistant were awesome. The women behind the desk were great too. Please check them out.

I absolutely loved my experience! Everyone was friendly from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left. I’ve had many unpleasant visits to other dentists but this was not one. I felt welcomed and appreciated! I appreciate the attentiveness, sincerity and patience the staff displayed. Also my visit wasn’t long and drawn out. I’ve definitely met my new dental family 😁

Everyone was very polite from the front office to the dentist. They were willing to work me into their schedules even when they were booked for the day. You wouldn't think it would be possible in a dental office but their energy and overall attitude was that of a day spa.
