Dental Bliss

What a beautiful office. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease, almost pampered. Helena is an amazing hygienist and the doctor and staff are so friendly and attentive. Live this place

I want to take a moment and HIGHLY recommend DENTAL BLISS in Franklin, TN.
They truly go above and beyond to make sure their patients have not just a good, but an exceptional dentist experience!! I really hate going to the dentist and they have worked with me and made it something I now actually look forward to doing. I did not think that was possible!! Their whole staff is skilled and patient friendly -- wonderx people! Check them out for yourself and you will be glad you did!

I have been a customer here for 8 years. This idea the Dr. Randal had in creating this place was outstanding. Dr. Randal had to retire due to health issues I believe so - over the past three years I have seen different dentist every time I go here. The place has changed hands a couple of times. There has been a steady decline in the services until it has finally bottomed out. The prices have also increased with the decline in service. I see ridiculous things on my bill now such as "oral hygiene instructions - $50" - I though this was a dental office - I would expect communication to be included in the cost of the visit... So sad it is funny. I am done with these folks and I am sorry to all my friends and family that I have turned on to this place. They will have deal with finding another dentist.

Update *** I have been contacted several times by the office manager and they have zeroed this bill. She was nice and tried to get me to return and give them another chance. She explained they are trying to satisfy customers on both end of the spectrum - those that are used to the Dental Bliss service and those that want a "regular" dentist. I have yet to return - I think I will wait to see what they become when the dust settles. I can see a "regular" dentist that cost me less (due to them not accepting insurance) until then. I raised the rating due to their efforts.

Had my first experience here this week and it was a 5/5 start to finish. Beautiful, clean environment and friendly staff all around. They did a thorough job on my cleaning and fixed my husbands chipped tooth. It looks like it never happened! I will absolutely be back when we visit next.

I love this place and all of the staff I’ve met! Our whole family transferred to Dental Bliss and it’s honestly been a life changing discovery for both me and my husband who have high anxiety with dental work. If you think you could never be relaxed in a dentists office then go see this place :)

Great place!!! This place is less a dentist office and more of a spa. Lol. Several people came out to check on me and I wasn't even the patient that day.
