Helen was great!! She really took the time to educate my son about his teeth and did a thorough, gentle cleaning! The staff was very welcoming and helpful!

Dr. Abrams and the entire staff treat their patients with kindness and ensure every single interaction is handled with extreme care—from billing to scheduling to crown replacements. As someone who had quite a bit of anxiety related to past, negative dental experiences, the staff at Downtown Franklin Family Dentistry was very understanding and went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for. Now, after multiple visits to fix a broken crown and replace some fillings, I can honestly say that this is the best dental practice to which I’ve ever been and this will be my dentist office moving forward! If you’re new to the area and looking for a dentist, this is the place. 👌

I called from out of town as I was visiting for work to put my crown back on. They gladly accepted me as new patient and they were very courteous and friendly. My forms were efficiently emailed to me so we were ready upon arrival. All the staff were polite, friendly and very welcoming.
The doctor was very thorough and outlined ALL my options highlighting the pros and cons of each and then indicated it was my choice on which procedure I wanted. I would most definitely choose this dentist if I was a local!!

I can’t remember her name. But the young lady that did my deep cleaning was very awesome. She made me feel comfortable while I was getting my numbing shots when I have a very bad fear of needles and the dentist. She really deserves a raise or something. She was great. The Doc was cool too. Nice guy. But he is the one that stuck the needle in my gums so he’s not my favorite

I recently moved to Franklin a few years ago and hadn’t found a dentist I liked. That quickly changed once I walked in Dr. Abrams office. I love downtown Franklin and the cute little home it’s in is so quaint. Definitely that small town vibe that is so perfect. Dr. Abrams and staff were great and my teeth never felt and looked better. Can’t wait to go back. I secretly love going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and now I have a wonderful office to call home. 🦷✨🥰

We recently took our daughter to see Dr. Abrams to have a few teeth pulled. She has had a few bad experiences at previous dentists so we were worried about how she may react to this procedure.
Dr. Abrams and his staff were fantastic! They took their time explaining the process to her, helping her to understand and keeping her calm. Dr. Abrams was even able to use a numbing method that was a lot less overwhelming for her than the traditional needle route! She left the office so happy and feeling very brave thanks to the support of Dr. Abrams and his assistant. Thanks to everyone at DFFD for putting our sweet girls mind at ease and for always offering your kindness and compassion in caring for our whole family's teeth!

This is the best dental office that I have ever been too. It is a very casual, clean and bright environment. Their front office staff are very polite and inviting. Erin is just great. I have some damage to my teeth from a past bad dental experience and she is always so careful when cleaning those areas. Dr. Graham is hilarious. Whenever I leave after a visit, I end up asking myself if I was really just at the dentist... You need to give them a try. I've been to probably a dozen dentists over the years and they, by far, provide the best overall experience. Thanks

Dr. Abrams office offered an awesome experience from the first second I walked in the door. Dr. Abrams is very personable and takes pride in the care he and his team give! I really enjoyed working with Dr. Abrams and Erin. They treated me as part of their family! I would highly recommend Dr. Abrams!
