Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, wonderful clinic space and very convenient to my work and kids daycare in Franklin (important for dropping kids off before appointments or picking up after!). Did a very thorough history and talked to me about things no other dentist has (which as a physical therapist I appreciated)! Highly recommend Dr. Edwards and his team!

Always have a great experience here. Dr. Torti did a painless root canal on me, even though my small mouth and jaw structure was a challenge. Love every hygienist I've ever seen here. Kim worked on me today. She did a great job, identified issues that I didn't even know I had, and was such a pleasure to visit with!

I'm a hard critic when it comes to dentists. And Dr. Edwards and Torti are the real deal. Honest, tell it like it is...and get you in and out in no time if needed. I absolutely LOVE their staff and Lisa is one of the best hygienists because she really cares about her patients. As long as we live in Franklin, this will be our dedicated dental provider!! Just can't rave about them enough.

Easily the best dental experience possible. Before I found Dr. Torti, Dr. Edwards and their amazing staff, I was TERRIFIED of going to the dentist, so I didn't, for a lot longer than I care to talk about. But finally I knew it was time and I made an appointment after hearing my then boyfriend talk about how impressed he was by them. (He also hates going to the dentist!) From the start, they were kind and communicative, and even dealt with my dental anxiety like champs reassuring me every step of the way and making sure I was comfortable. Since being with them I've sent two of my friends to them who were also blown away by their excellent care. Love them and will NEVER go anywhere else!

I have always had the best experience with TN Centers for Laser Dentistry. Dr. Torti is an AMAZING dentist. I have had 2 crowns this year and with each one it was such a breeze and the crown felt so normal and I couldn’t even tell I had even had dental work done. He takes his time and always made sure I was doing okay during the procedure. I HIGHLY recommend TN Centers for Laser Dentistry!!!

A year ago we needed a new dentist in the area. My husband and I are very picky about our dentist as we have not had very good experiences in the past. From the moment we, including our adult daughter, walked into their offices, we have been welcomed as if we were family. From the office staff to the hygienists to Dr. Edwards and Dr. Torti ALL have made our experience in the dentist office nothing short of amazing! And for someone who can’t stand going to the dentist, that is saying quite a bit.
The office itself is also very modern and spotlessly clean!
