Everyone at Aspen Dental is great! Brittany was wonderful and even made me feel at ease with her happy attitude. Dr. Mayo was an excellent Dentist and worked quick and efficient to make sure everything was done correctly. The office staff were kind and friendly and all wore a smile. I will use Aspen for all my dental needs going forward.

Worst dental experience I've ever had. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour and a half for my initial exam after I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment that I'd had scheduled almost a month in advance. X rays took multiple failed attempts with painful administration of oral cameras. Upon arriving to my cleaning appointment 2 weeks later, their receptionist informed me that my appointment had been cancelled due to an equipment malfunction. They neglected to call me about the cancellation, wasting multiple hours of my time (travel, scheduling, etc). The dentist that I saw during the initial visit displayed a complete lack of basic expertise necessary for their field. Find literally any other dental institution and you will receive better service.

My previous dentist moved out of town 3 years ago and I had not seen a dentist since. I'm facing a lot of dental work and my 1st visit at Aspen was very reassuring. I'm looking forward to the treatment plan and having a beautiful smile once again

I sat on hold for only 5 minutes listening to a message explaining to me that they will accommodate and meet the needs of their patients. Whatever it takes to satisfy. This is a untrue statement. Reason why I say this is because I only wanted my teeth to be cleaned and that I did not want or need x-rays performed. I was told that its protocol to do the x-rays first being that I am a first time patient. Needless to say they would and could not accommodate my request so I canceled my appointment. I don't like paying for something I don't need or asked for. I am now in search of a new dentist office. I don't like companies that milk our insurance companies because ultimately we pay for that and I don't like being lied to.

The front office staff, dental hygienist and business manager were all very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and The wait times are not bad. The dentist was abrupt and unwilling to listen my goals.
I have a broken molar, that's been that way for years. I was clear that I wanted it removed, and then once healed, get a partial for my back molars (the other 3 have already been gone a while) the dentist flat out stated she would not remove it, becuase there's no pain, it would need to be capped instead.......the end price to "save a tooth" by grinding it to a post and cementing a fake tooth to it, over $6000. As opposed to removing it, and making a partial to give me back all my chewing surfaces. So even if you have insurance, I wouldn't recommend becuase I feel they are only interested in pushing the most expensive option, not the most long term effecient for the patient.

I had a tooth pulled today and I could not have been happier with the experience. My dental assistant Hannah was just awesome! She did a wonderful job! Thanks Hannah! My dentist also did a great job in spite of the fact that my tooth was difficult to remove. I will see you back on Thursday. Great job!

Everyone there was great and very helpful. I appreciate them taking such good care of me and fitting me in on short notice for pain I was having. They put me at ease and explained everything in detail. I am glad I chose to go to them and would recommend.

The staff is friendly and as a new patient the rate they charge for x-rays is helpful.
The only problem I don't understand if they charge me more because they said it would be surgical.
it came out clean and did not break they numbed me, pulled toothit back and forth, back and forth, and pulled it. It was not a surgical procedure but yet I had to pay over $100 more then if it was a simple extraction.
if it turns out they didn't have to do anything extra because it came out clean shouldn't I get a credit to my account instead of being charged more for something that I did not receive.

I went in for an abscess tooth. My face was swollen from infection, and I hadn't been able to eat for 2 days. They were late getting me back to the exam room, didn't give me anything for pain, and called my antibiotics in to a pharmacy in a different state all after telling me it would cost $2500 to fix my tooth. I called less than 30 minutes after I left to get them to send my script to the correct pharmacy and got no answer. I left 3 messages, and got no call backs. I wouldnt trust them to clean my cats teeth.
