I swear to everything I really anticipated working with Dr. Turnipseed and Dr. Bailey. I went for my first exam and x rays and got a treatment plan and my referral to their other location so that I could proceed forward with one more exam prior to getting braces. I called the next day feeling pretty confident that I would be treated as well as my first visit, not the case. I needed to speak to someone in billing to make mention that I didn’t get the new patient offer for x ray, exam and cleaning. Keep in mind I got an x ray and exam by Dr. Bailey whom was thorough and very knowledgeable. Never did I receive a cleaning figured I’d obviously have to schedule that before braces. Duh! So I’m explaining the $99 offer for new patient and the billing rep at their location said I would’ve had to mention at the time of service it’s too late. Since I desired all of my dental work be done by these two dentists I didn’t want money back my request was going to be to forward the difference to the sister office (money in the same pot) where I have to pay $300.00 for a different x ray. This lady was rude, talked over me and was not helpful. She told me I came into the office in an emergency. What emergency when I had an appointment prior to arriving?! An emergency for gaps that I’ve had for forty years. Get outta here. So needless to say you must be careful who you let work in your practice. One bad apple will ruin it all. The ad is misleading if you know I’m a new patient why would I have to mention an offer on your website that doesn’t state mention this offer for the $99.00. So I paid $259.00 for an x ray and exam that is literally being offered for $99.00. I was getting my braces, bridge etc done at the location. I guess I’m just another $15,000.00 client that can just walk away. Off to another dental office I go!!!
