I had an appointment today for oral surgery. Went up there and NOBODY was there. I called and they informed me my appointment had been canceled and not rescheduled. I work Fri Sat and Sunday 12 hours. So if I miss one day that's 1/3 of my check. They've already charged me for the service so I feel like I've been bamboozled!! Not only am I out $180 for the missed day at work, I'm out the $1409 they changed me for services I'm not going to receive. I do NOT recommend this place. They could have let me know that my appt was canceled but they didn't. Now I feel like I've been ripped off and there's nothing I can do. I guess I'll have to get up the money and take them to small claims. Don't go to this place!!!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, and was kinda nervous about going. After the amazing encounter I had with this office, I don’t have to worry about being nervous anymore. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and will work with you no matter what your financial situation is. They were thorough, clear, concise and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything they were telling me. Absolutely recommend to any and everyone.

Just moved here from out of state and I was told my gums very deteriorating with number from 4-6's. I have been going to my previous dentist EVERY 4 months for regular cleanings and check ups and my gums have been improving. So, to be told this news was VERY disturbing. They recommended a scaling, etc. I went to get a second opinion from another dentist and my numbers there with them were 2-4's. NO SCALING NEEDED!!! This place will lie and take advantage of new patients just to get more money or services not even needed!! BEWARE!

Best dentist office ever! Each step of the way was amazing! Scheduling my appointment, my initial greeting, the exceptional x-ray, the thorough examination of my teeth, the immaculate cleaning, and even discussing finances was pleasant and fun. Who knew that going to the dentist could be exciting!?
The entire staff is amazing! I don't remember everyone's name but I felt really relaxed around them. Dr. Sybo is the goat though! She embraced my desire for natural health solutions and essential oils and really made me feel comfortable. I'm so glad that I got my cleaning here and I'll definitely be back for more services! One more thing, this place is brand new with great equipment! I was impressed!

Pros: state of the art facilities
Cons: Similar to other reviewer, this is a place that is going to try and upsell services, and services you do decide to buy are going to be overpriced. Felt like the cleaning was OK, but they definitely were trying to push the gum recession services. Night guard/retainers were $400, that is $100 more than the last place i went to and took forever to get it.
Overall; after an initial OK experience, i think this place is a pass after quality of services on follow-ups

Finding a good dentist was really important to me when I moved to Nashville, and I finally found one!! I felt so welcomed when I walked into the Sylvan Park office. The entire team made sure I was comfortable, my questions/concerns were taken care of and that everything was explained to me including my financial benefits. They all took the time to get to know me and walked me through every step of my appointment! I can’t recommend this office and staff enough!!

My experience at Sylvan Park smiles was nothing short of excellent. I am new to the Nashville area and I was apprehensive about finding a new dentist. It is quite obvious that I picked the right place. Dr. Sybo was professional, caring, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. The rest of the team that helped me (dental assistant, hygienist, insurance specialist) exceeded any care I had received before. Though I just came in for a routine cleaning, everyone went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I have never been to a place where the Dentist spent so much time with their patient! Also, they went above and beyond with Covid precautions. I am very, very impressed!! Thank you to everyone here, you're the best :)

The staff was so kind and helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. They made sure I was cared for, comfortable and understood exactly what was going on during treatment.
