The employees at Advana Dental are great and helpful. They really care about their patients. They are the only ones I want to go too.

My husband had teeth pulled & they made an impression. This wasn't his first set of dentures, so we both know how important an impression is as to how the teeth fit. We get them after we paid $1300, the bottom won't fit in his mouth... Literally they are huge! The next appointment we are hoping for a new impression & a complete do over. Nope they drilled & filed these that don't anywhere near fit. He can NOT wear them, it's crazy sad we pay that money after chemo destroyed his teeth & he has lost more weight not being able to eat now than he did with the chemo):

I have a shrinking man that can't wear his teeth that were paid up front. It's not his first time, his bottom fit perfectly. When he went in they told him he needed to have his last bottom pulled....& now we have none.

In their defense his top are great, his bottom are useless. Teeth are what people see first, yes it affects how you not only look but feel in every way.

Awesome experience with them!.Had my wisdom teeth extracted here and it went super well. Starting at the front desk, the girls up there are super sweet and very helpful, Misty and Fabiola were so great and friendly with me and explained everything just perfect. The manager Charlotte as well. She's extremely proffesional and would check on me to make sure i was doing ok! Which was awesome because not a lot of places or managers do that, and the assistants, wow, amazing girls. They just know how to talk to you to make you feel like you're at home! Diana, Cynthia, Melinda and Ely are really some of the best assistants i have seen! Besides their amazing personalities, that place is just as neat as can be. Very clean and organized, which that says A LOT, and the Dr. just made it even better because from the numbing and throughout the whole treatment, it was all painless and fast!!! I just absolutley loved it!! I would say it's the best Dental office in town or anywhere! Definitley recommend everyone to go there!!!!!

I loved the welcoming atmosphere! My boyfriend went in for his check up and cleaning. The hygienist did an awesome job on his cleaning. I will be recommending yall to my family.

Keep your money ago somewhere else been a year still don't have permanent plates and crown then got a bill to my insurance company for a thousand dollars and the work wasn't done. Will be going to another dentist to get work finished had crown order last year went to have put in 5 month later and did not fit so dr charge me 999.00 for 5 minutes of work and still have temporary crown. Will be letting my insurance company of fraud

Great office all around! Everyone is very kind and gentle. I have had to have a lot of dental work and the staff here are very good at making me feel at ease and lessen my anxiety.

I had a tooth extraction do e on Tuesday. I followed all instructions including not smoking . Someone forgot to give a syringe to clean out the pocket. Anyway, I came back Saturday. She told me I had a dry socket- which the other day she told me was the worst pain. She had to use a surgical tool to pull out my roots. So, I asked for some pain relief and she prescribed me some motrin. Really? I was taking 6 of them and it would not touch the pain. I do not have DDS behind my name or a PHD but I do have a Master's in addiction. A few tylenol threes are not going to get a person addicted and the bottom line is that I am using them for pain. Which, I have every right to get effective pain relief and not get treated like I am drug seeking. There is nothing good about this place. You can't even get your own room. Thanks again doc for helping me!!!

First dental office I have been to in Amarillo and I was not disappointed. All the staff from the front desk lady, to the assistants, and to the dentist were all kind and professional. This will not be my last visit of the year and I look forward to my next appointment.

I recieved an additional bill after paying for services, so ofcourse I had questions about it. I called in regards to this bill. I spoke to Charlotte Squyres and after politely asking questions about the bill I got a very nasty attitude. I was simply honest about certain things and Ms. Squyres accused me of lying. I had to address Ms. Squyres attitude towards me because that is no way to treat customers who have questions. I would honestly take my business somewhere else, if I could at this point. I have read other post about Charlotte Squyres being awful towards others aswell.
