The office is clean and made kid friendly! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and informative. Selene and Christina were awesome for my children's visit. They got all my children in at the same time. Just a wonderful dentistry for parents and children!

Dr. Lee was awesome!!! I just wish they would not move her from this location. Hopefully she is here next time I come in. Daisy was the best dental assistant I have ever had. I have always been greeted with positive vibes an concern for my children well tooth being. The staff Selene is engaging an very informative they ensure my kids are always aware as to what they'll be doing. My children have always felt comfortable an never cried when I told them they have an appt they love it here I love it here Dr.Ming makes sure my kids are always comfortable while she talks through every step she'll be doing with them..

I’ve been going to this Bear Creek location since they opened about 6 years ago. Staff is all very friendly. It’s always clean. Service is good and I have no complaints. The prices are reasonable even though I don’t have dental insurance. Here’s a pro tip — if you’re going for only a regular 6 month visit/cleaning, don’t schedule your appointment on a Thursday. They have 4 doctors on Thursdays (including an orthodontist, oral surgeon, etc.), so they do get super busy on that day. Any other day should be fine and isn’t a long wait.

In the office for the 1st time. Just happened across the office after looking for a dentist all summer. I must say they are pretty freaking awesome. I read the other reviews but I walked in asking about availability and they got me in as new patient with all 3 of my kids with no issues. Minimal paperwork. Everyone is nice. The dentist herself Dr. Rebecca Steffens is so nice! She asked if I had questions and actually listened and answered them with everything I was concerned about. The were great with my kids. Very informative. Can't wait for 6 month check up.

I had the best experience at Bear Creek Family Dentistry on Randol Mill. I had a dental emergency and called on Saturday morning praying for an appointment. Not only were they able to schedule an appointment, it was scheduled within an hour. I was a new patient and when a few details of my coverage were unclear, they were more than willing to take care of me and deal with the insurance side on the next business day. Wow! Long story short I was taken care of by their professional, friendly staff and made very comfortable for what could have otherwise been a very uncomfortable and painful experience. It was 5 star treatment all the way! I want to especially acknowledge Dr. Lee for her expertise in providing the best dental work I've had in a long while as well as the Manager, Mabel Gonzalez for her caring and compassionate nature. I've found my dental home. Thank you all again!!!
