Went in to get new trays for my teeth. Had missed my cleaning due to weather. They ended up fitting in the cleaning the same day. Very upbeat environment. Friendly and fun, yet professional staff. They always make sure that I'm not in pain. Huge difference in competence compared to other dentist offices I've been to.

My visit to Enamel at Domain was one of the best dental visits ever. The check-in process was very quick, and I didn’t have to complete any additionally paperwork considering it was my first visit with this practice; which I was really surprised with as I expected long wait and so on. The front staff greeted with refreshments, and after about 2-4 mins wait I was already called back to begin with my regular checks. I was then taken back to a chair where my cleaning, x-rays, and whitening were done in the same chair -this was also awesome since a regular dental visit for me in the past involved of going into multiple rooms. Let’s talk about how comfortable and at home feeling it is while they’re doing your treatments -they had literally everything you can ask for as to I was basically Netflixing and chilling! My favorite part was the weighted blanket!! (ps the sweet x-ray lady told me she personally cleans them and they smelled like fresh laundry). Dr. Sejal in the end explained the health of my teeth, gums and wisdom teeth treatments. She discussed all of my options and was very thorough with explaining in normal English vs medical terms. My whitening was performed by her assistant Jake and he was also very detailed with answering my questions and how I can keep up with the bright smile.
Overall, my experience with this office was very positive in every way, and I was in an out within an hour and 15 mins for a cleaning, x-ray, and whitening. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Not impressed! I sat in the lobby for 20 mins after my scheduled appointment time. I was seen by a dentist that was not the one I booked. I had a chip that needed some very slight polishing and the dentist removed a bunch of tooth material that I will have to get fixed somewhere else as I have no confidence in them after this issue. The hygienist and cleaning were decent.

Across from The Domain on Burnet, the entire staff is very friendly, courteous and attentive. If you have a question, just ask them and it will be explained in detail. Definitely happy I made the decision to see Dr. Patel and the Enamel Dentistry Team. Great music plays with a good club beat and video screens in the procedure rooms to keep you entertained.
