Dr. Hervas and her staff are the best! I have an intense fear of going to the dentist based on a few awful past experiences (with other dentists) but Dr. Hervas and her wonderful staff ease my fears every visit! It’s still not my favorite thing to do, but I am back on track with cleanings thanks to Dr. Hervas.

You can tell how awesome they are when they have the repeat customers that’s been coming to them for years and they know them by name. Rachel, does most of my cleaning every time I visit and she is awesome about accommodating to your needs and comfort level.

Warm and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Hervas noticed an issue through my X-ray and reviewed it with me. From that discussion she immediately put a plan of action into place that we both agreed with.

I am very happy with my experience here. All of the staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The head dentist did work on my crown. I was nervous at first since I had a bad experience with my first crown, but she broke it down and explained that the seal between the tooth and the crown was incredibly important and that they always took x-rays before and after to be sure that everything looked good. The entire staff does a very thorough job and I am very impressed.

The name should be My FAVORITE Dentist! I really like the people at My Dentist, the hygienist is friendly, informative and helpful. Also very conscientious of being gentle and caring with your mouth. I’ve been here 3 times in the past year. The first time, I had pain near my wisdom teeth that had become unbearable overnight, and I was desperately calling a bunch of dentists to see if I could book an appointment the day of. This was the only place that asked for the reason why I was coming in (they asked me if I was in pain without my having to say anything!), and when I confirmed that I was in pain, they fit me in the day of!
Dr. Veilleux also talked me through my options for getting my wisdom teeth removed, and when I decided to get them done in Houston instead, she was totally okay with that and even emailed my X-rays to the place I would be getting it done.
Since then I’ve come back twice for teeth cleanings. Rachel the hygienist is SO GENTLE, seriously the most comfortable teeth cleanings I’ve ever had!! Never thought I could be comfortable while having my teeth cleaned.
The lady at the front desk is so nice and helpful!
Only con is probably that their hours are not the most convenient (Monday-Thursday only), but I have not had any problems with that!
