My visit to Mint Dentistry went well. The front office and back office staff demonstrated good customer service. The physician was thorough in performing his exam, explaining in advance what his plans were.
The hygienist, Crystal, demonstrated excellent customer service and hygienist skills. I told her she was gentle, yet thorough…..my mouth actually felt clean👍

Dr. Sonia Smith is an excellent dentist. She rearranged scheduling to fit me in the same day because of a dental emergency. She and her team took the time to explain every procedure they were doing. She is a professional with an amazing personality and greets everyone with a smile. I would recommend Dr. Smith and the entire Mint Denistry Team to everyone. I had an horrible experience at the Cedar Hill office Mint Dentistry by Dr Sonia Smith. I’m actively waiting for someone to contact me for more details. I was very satisfied at the Davis location on Monday 9/13/2021 Excellent service I must say then At the Cedar hill office .I was spoken to poorly after I was giving a quote and I questioned it ? at the Cedar Hill location /9/10/2921.. I asked several question and Dr Smith did not know she became upset because she did not know the program ever assisted but the front office was aware of the program. Never have I ever experienced poor customer service at the Cedar Hill office until Friday 9/10 2021. There was also another patient complaining as well as I walked in I should have known from that to go home... Around Covid the water wasn’t working and a young lady treated the wrong tooth and I still received awesome customer service... I’m waiting for someone to contact me back about this complaint on Friday 9/10/ 2021 which was scheduled and prior verification program cost. I was told while I complained about Sonia Smith she never gets complaints unfortunately that statement was false I found several complaints on google.

My experience was outstanding... I received great service from Lauren Nava. I can't wait to go back. Jasmine made my experience great. Chandra was my hygienist and she was awesome! Delilah was great and handled all my paperwork Whitney did a follow-up call the next day to make sure everything was okay ... that was great.
