I had a wonderful experience! Being a recent migrant to Texas, coupled with the pandemic, I neglected to find a dentist for over 2 years! Yikes! I was referred to this office from multiple friends all saying they were fully taken care of. Everyone, from the waiting room staff to Dr. Belnap himself, was so friendly and answered all my questions throughly. Will definitely be coming back! :)

Two words...Love them. I was petrified with fear to go to any dentist. My daughter has been a patient of his since she was around 5 or 6. She is the reason I called to make an appointment. Boy am I glad I did! Dr. Belnap is so kind and caring. He went my pace until I was comfortable. Which did not take long! Both he and Sarah (his dental assistant) made me so comfortable. I am still in the process of the work that needs to be done. I wish I had not taken so long. BTW, the office staff is the best! Always cheerful when you come for your appointment. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Belnap and his staff. If you looking for a dentist, give them a try. I promise you will not be disappointed!

My son went to see them, he is 19, his 1st time seeing an adult dentist. He had no cavities the last time he saw a dentist but he does now. The receptionist is who I have a problem with. She was confused about our insurance, as I was trying to explain to her where the dental information was located on the medical card she wouldn't stop telling me it was a medical card not an dental card. I had to tell her to stop talking, over her words so I could say anything. Because of us being new patients they were trying to figure out insurance, so between that and my son's odd work schedule the would not be able to see us for a month, unfortunately we are on a bit of a time crunch to get it done, not the dentists fault. As I made the appointment with my children's pediatric dentist, which they have seen for years, for his youngr sister, I was telling them about the situation with my son and because they had seen him before and we were established patients, they could help us out this 1 time. I called Dr. Belnap's office to get the xrays and plan and the same lady refused to listen to me explain that we were not planning on changing dentists this was just a rare case, she wouldn't listen and wouldn't give me the information. I understand they don't want to loose business but I also don't like like being treated like an idiot. She needs to listen when people talk.

Dr Dale Belnap and his well trained staff have performed numerous heavy duty dental treatments and procedures on my well-aged teeth over the past two years. Most recently a replacement cap. His work is the best I have experienced among the many other dentists I have patronized. I wholeheartedly recommend his dental services and overall experience of visiting his well run dental office.
