I was very pleased with my experience. My Dentist was very patient and took his time explaining every step of the process to me. I didn't have Insurance but they did everything they could to make the treatment I needed affordable. I appreciate Bleu Dentistry for everything.

I have been going to Dr Charles (no relation) since I moved to Dallas in 2016. It has been a great experience. It is a professional crew. The office is clean and very modern. You are able to enjoy a Netflix show while getting your teeth clean; it distract you from all the noise from the cleaning tools. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and laid back. Actually even the hygienists are skillful. They are also very flexible with the schedule as I travel for work and I have been easily accommodated .

Went to get a teeth cleaning, scheduled an appointment online. They had no records of me having an appointment, I called 20min before I left my house because I wanted to make sure I had the right date/time as I hadn't received anything notifying me about my appointment. They didn't answer during business hours. I show up and fill out about 15 pages of paperwork which is about twice as much paperwork as normal dentists. The office is on the 2nd floor and there was a dip spitter, trash, and bugs on the stairs to the 2nd floor. The office had its TV off and not enough chairs. The office manager told me that they had to do all of this extra stuff before getting my teeth cleaned. I read the google comments while I waited and started to believe there was some truth about the other 1 star reviews. I felt like I was getting scammed so I left.

I went in for a free consultation regarding teeth replacement and invisalign. I had a really great experience. Dr. Charles is very knowledgeable and he explained to me in detail what I need to have done in order to get my smile to it's optimum. In addition, his entire staff was pleasant and very friendly. Because of my great experience, I have chosen Dr. Charles as my dentist. Thank you Bleu Dentistry and I look forward to joining the Bleu Dentistry Family as a new patient!!😁

Went as a new patient after ~2 years since my last visit to a dentist. Dr Charles and his staff were great, very kind, and gave great care. I went in for a regular dental cleaning + x-rays and Dr Charles was able to quickly identify the cause of some sensitivity I'd been having. He was very clear about his recommendation and what my extra out-of-pocket cost would be, which was much appreciated. I only deducted one star because after taking x-rays, I waited in the exam chair for quite a bit, but with Covid-19 still happening that was understandable that things were running a bit behind. Overall, I would recommend any friends and family to Bleu Dentistry.

I had an amazing experience at BLEU Dentistry. They were able to fit me in last minute when I had an emergency and take care of me right away. The entire staff was extremely kind and friendly, and Dr. Charles did an amazing job! If you are looking for a top notch place to care for your teeth, this is certainly it! He knows and owns his work and you save yourself the time and headache I've had with other dentist in the past.

Definitely not a good experience. I went in right before the pandemic started and was told I would be contacted to complete my treatment after being referred some where else for a root canal. Had the root canal done and every time I called after to get my crown I could not get in touch. Ended up losing my tooth over the lack of care

I have been going through an implant procedure and suffice it to say I have a real fear of dental work. I was also told up front this is not an overnight procedure and of the difficulties that might be encountered due to my particular anatomy. Dr. Allen has successfully worked through those difficulties and provided excellent care throughout. We are nearing the finish line and I could not be more pleased with the care I have received.

Dr. Charles has been super hands on helping me out as a new patient seeking long term dental care and through a new dental emergency. He has been great at explaining my options and helping me come up with a plan and has been extremely accommodating to my schedule. All the staff are knowledgeable, and friendly and they are attentive to patient needs and invested in making the appointment comfortable. Also he plays Parks & Rec, Friends and the Office on his overhead TVs.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in all the staff were very welcoming and polite Dr Charles is one of a kind very gentle while doing my dental work and also very personable and make you feel at home this will definitely be my home for all my dental needs
