I was informed that the dr would be very patient with me because I have severe anxiety and a phobia with dentist. HE WAS NOT patient at all … I don’t know if maybe he was tired and was ready to get the procedure over with but I definitely was not made to feel comfortable at all and I was triggered to have a panic attack and it felt as though they didn’t care and simply just wanted to stick me with needles😭 . I politely referred myself else where because I was not comfortable proceeding with anything here . If you want someone that’s going to care save your time & money go else where .

I had the worse experience with billing at this location. I came to the uptown location for a cleaning and assessment bc I had work I knew needed to be done. It was recommended that I get a crown and a filling so I did that July of 2021. My insurance wasn’t processed at the time of my appointment so I paid my estimated portion and was told once insurance paid their portion I would get a refund. It’s September of 2022 and I am still waiting for my refund, I’ve called often and I get either the runaround because billing is a separate entity or I get attitude.
Needless to say billing and customer service is lacking.

Front desk was super friendly! Deep cleaning was gentle and thorough (I believe her name is Trish and she does a great job absolutely recommend). I met my new dentist Dr Mugianto he seems to be very nice and professional.Usually all stuff is very friendly but this time I was disappointed with a nurse who made my X-Rays, she was very rude, I never seen her before and I hope to not see her again.
