Another dentist said I needed a crown if I had pain after a filling so I came to Dr. Brownlee for a second opinion. He said I didn’t need any dental work just prescription fluoride mouthwash. My pain went away!!! He is a wonderful dentist and person.

It wasn't until I'd lived in Dallas for over six years (and tried a few other Dentists) that I found Dr. Brownlee . The environment at Dr. Brownlee's office is nicer, calming, and more comfortable than the average Dentist's office. Scheduling is flexible; there have been many times where I've needed to travel for work when an appointment was scheduled and the office has been able to accommodate moving my appointment out a week. The hygienists do a great job on deep cleaning and polishing. I was also able to get my teeth straightened and my bite corrected with Invisalign through Dr. Brownlee's office which has been very convenient for me as a busy, working professional.

I was an original client under former ownership, during which time I had no issues. Since the new management and ownership came in I have had nothing but issues. I have been trying to obtain a refund from an over-payment for over a month. I have been promised that the check is in the mail and or the regional manager will call me. After 5 calls and 2 voicemails no one has yet returned my call with any follow-up or resolution. This office is owned by an out of state Doctor and it is obvious that customer service and care are no longer core tenets of the new ownership. Find an alternate dentist!

This office has not checked the fit of my Invisaligns once since July 1st when I received them. Invisalign suggests that they should be checked by the issuing office every 4 to 6 weeks. They do not fit. What we set out to accomplish will not happen due to this negligence. I have called several times and asked that this be transferred to my new dentist but have no answers. In addition, this office said I needed a $1000 cleaning. This is commonly done as some insurance will pay for it. I got a second opinion on this, and it was far from the truth.....it was not needed.
Very sad that I can not even get a call returned.
