I’ve seen Dr Kozlow and Dr Rowell both now, and they were so friendly, patient and calm with me. I have a lot of dental anxiety and get very stressed but they have worked with me so much to help me get healthier holistically. It’s over an hour drive for me, but definitely worth it, and I recommend them to everyone. The most compassionate office, and genuine care of people. You’re not just another patient here, you’re a heard individual with personalized care.

Absolutely LOVE this place! From every single lady who works at the front counter to every person who works with you! Every person is SO nice and helpful! They make you feel comfortable and at peace because who loves dentist work done! Not me! Dr. Kozlow is the best dentist I have ever had! He genuinely cares and wants the best for you and your teeth! So friendly and honestly very funny with his stories! Would recommend anyone to this place :) thank you for allowing me to enjoy going to the dentist again!

Dr. Rowell is absolutely brilliant in his approach, care, and interest in my overall health, not just my teeth! He made sure that my follow-on care was never ignored by calling after each Amalgam removal (there were a few) and that my health status remained good. I just wish I had connected with Dr. Rowell prior to agreeing to a root canal back in 2015 by a non-Holistic dentist - ugh!

Two years I have suffered from a poorly done filling. I have seen 4 different dentists over the years to try and get the pain and discomfort to go away. I had to stop eating on the left side of my mouth entirely and actually lost weight. Anybody that has suffered from severe sensitivity and tooth pain knows what I'm talking about. Every dentist I saw prior would quote me at least 2k to get it fixed. As a background, I've never needed any major dental work before, and the filling the prior dentist did was just to swap out a silver filling I had. I had ZERO problems prior to this filling replacement. Unfortunately, all other dentists just wanted to do root canals to fix it. No one could explain why and how that happens when everything was fine before. That was until I came to this dentist office. They were very clean and staff was friendly. I was expecting a consult appointment to take months like everything else does post-covid. They were able to fit me in that week which was very impressive. I was able to sit down with Dr. Josh Rowell who sincerely wanted to help me. He set proper expectations that he wanted to try a more conservative approach and just swap out the filling to see if it made a difference. I couldn't understand why nobody else recommended this before. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I also was told there is a possibility it might not resolve 2 years of irritation. Before I met him I was on the verge of just telling someone to pull it out entirely. My sensitivity had gotten to a point that I could feel it when I walk and drink room temperature liquids. I was set up the follow week to have it swapped out. Guess what?!?! I actually have ZERO pain or discomfort. He swapped the filling out and actually called me personally to make sure I was feeling OK. I noticed a difference for the better as soon as the anesthesia wore off (side note: I felt nothing as the procedure was being done. They made sure I was nice and numb first). The next day, I was able to eat everything on my left side. It seems soo stupid to cry about tooth pain relief, but I owe Josh tons for making me normal again. This is 100% my new dentist for as long as I live in Dallas. Also, I'm back to eating Ice Cream again 😋

Here I am again, posting about my best kept secrets of this Dallas /Plano/Frisco area!! Now, I can be selfish and keep it to myself , but that’s not God like! If you’ve had a fear of dental work, you will lose this fear after being treated by Dr. Kozlow and his entire staff. Typically there are (1) to (2) nice people in the office, but in this office, everyone is extremely friendly and nice. Dr. Kozlow has a wonderful beside manner! He truly appreciates his patients and has a genuine concern about his services to you!! Honestly, I don’t have any negative or bad remarks about this dentistry! I have a lot dental work to be done and I’m actually looking forward to the completion! So, please don’t hesitate in making your appointment!s! You will be extremely Happy that you did!

Don’t miss your opportunity to have a kind, caring dentist take care of you. Dr. Kozlow has a calming effect, he is easy to talk to and cares about your issues. I think the staff members must take a friendly test. The whole office is calming and peaceful. Best dentist I have ever been to.
