The entire experience was wonderful. Every precaution was taken, I felt very safe the entire time.

I knew my teeth were in horrible condition and even feared that I would be chastised for not taking better care of them. Instead, my new dentist walked me through the xrays and talked about causes & options. We created a treatment plan that I was happy with AND could afford.

Ryan, my hygienist, was very thorough in the deep clean and it was painless! I’m happy and looking forward to my next appointment.

Everyone was very professional. I didn't feel rushed by the doctor. The dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. And the nurse that took my x-rays was very polite and personable.

The best dentistry experience of my entire life. Every single person I interacted with was extremely kind and just wanted the best for you. I would like to personally thank the women at the front desk for helping me understand the ropes and making me feel comfortable. Dr. Ko for making the cavity filling seem less and completely painless and keeping me distracted from shots that terrify me. Ashley for cleaning my teeth so spotlessly and was more than happy to make adjustments for my comfort. And lastly, Kayla the assistant in my visit and Dr. Mensa who made me feel comfortable enough to talk to them about anything and kept me from thinking of my indescribable fear of dentists by making me laugh talking to me about the things that were happening and explaining anything and everything. This team is truly indescribable as to how amazing they are. I have been to a multitude of dentists but nothing even holds a candle to this one. I would go back every day if I could.

It was quite the experience, lovely staff, and an excellent cleaning that was painless. Definitely recommend for everyone to have the MINT experience! Des the assistant is very sweet and Taylor the hygienist is so mindful and gentle!

Ok it took me a while to post this but I have to, the pain in my tooth is a constant reminder. I went for a clean up and also to change couple of fillings, and a tooth extraction around mid April. I've never have any issue whatsoever with those two filling but they were weared out and I was afraid I would have issues. After having my extraction and the fillings done, I experience a terrible jaw pain and the toothache on the fillings that were replaced. The pressure the lady applied on my jaw was so strong that it dislocated my jaw, it came back into place like almost a month after by itself which was very painful itself. I felt more pain on my jaw than on my extraction and the the tooth that was refill still very sensitive to anything I eat. Overall good customer service, no such good at working with you mouth although the cleaning was good. Poor quality feels like cheap fillings and bad practice ( speaking of experience with dentist after having braces for years).

Appointment started on time; service took less than an hour. The work was quality and efficient. The employees are very kind and pleasant. Office is gorgeous, scheduling my next appointment was a breeze and checkout was not a hassle. Mary was phenomenal, I look forward to my next cleaning

I absolutely loved my experience with Mint! It was my first time going to them and the entire process was flawless. Kayla was my dental hygienist and she was thorough in explaining everything to me in detail and my cleaning was awesome. I loved that they prepared my treatment plan and also explained the out of pocket costs for me with my insurance plan. Cant wait to go back in 6 months. The girls at the front desk were amazing as well. Also, can't beat free whitening trays and gel!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years (oops) but after one time at MINT I’ve already scheduled my next appointment with them. Super easy and painless appointment with an awesome staff. My teeth are very thankful!

UPDATE: I went in for my follow up appointment and had the same awesome experience. The staff there is great- specifically Tuan and Ian. They both made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed!

Mint Dentistry is the BEST Dental Office in Dallas. The office location on Mockingbird is ALWAYS decorated so beautifully and it’s super clean. The level of professionalism from all the staff is so appreciated. They are a wonderful group of staff that makes sure the patients are very well taken care of. From entering the office, to being seen by the Dental Hygienist , Dentist and Dental Assistances, I’m always treated as if I am the only patient in the office.
