Preston Hollow Dental Care

I have been a client of Preston Hollow dental for over 25 years. They have always felt like family when I walk in and it’s great to know multiple faces and have a relationship with your hygienist and your dentist. I never feel like I am recommended anything I don’t truly need for my care. It’s always a great experience.

The team of ladies at this location are awesome! They made my root canal experience so much nicer than I had anticipated. My pain afterwords, luckily, wasn't too much at all to deal with and the next day, I didn't have hardly any. They made me feel comfortable and I loved the play-by-play that Dr. Tavares gave me during the procedure! Thank you all for your awesomeness!!!🌹

👎👎 I am a former patient and had an extremely unpleasant experience. I made an appointment to get a routine teeth cleaning 3 months in advance, because I have an extremely busy work schedule. I went in for my appointment, they were late as usual, they did a quick exam, I waited for about 30 minutes for the dentist to come in and see me, and by that time over an hour had passed and I had not had my scheduled cleaning. They told me I would have to come back and make ANOTHER appointment for my cleaning, but would still have to pay $100 for the visit that day anyway. I asked if they could squeeze me in because I had already taken off work and could not take off work again for a service I had already scheduled months in advance. They said no, they had another patient to get to. I asked why I was not informed ahead of time that in order to get a teeth cleaning I would have to make TWO separate appointments. They did not have an answer for me.

I called the office later that day to discuss this unpleasant experience and ask for a refund of my office visit, as I could not come back for another appointment. They said no and the ladies that work up front were extremely disrespectful. At one point I heard the ladies laughing in the background and the employee I was talking to hung up on me.

I had enjoyed this dentist before this experience, but will not be going back. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone, and agree with the other review regarding their tendency of "uncharging" patient and convincing them they need unnecessary costly services.

Great experience from start to finish. I’ve only had one visit to this office, and I’m surprised at how quickly they were able to get me an appointment! The hygienists were so friendly, and Dr. Gabby is so knowledgeable. She gave me so much information I didn’t know about my own mouth. My teeth are in good hands, and I’m looking forward to making my next appointment.

The staff is very friendly, compassionate, caring and concerned about your welfare. They care about each other as coworkers, help each other and work together like a well-oiled machine! This is an amazing dental practice that are a pleasure to work with!

I've been to Preston Hollow Dental Care multiple times over the last couple years. Typically the experience has been great and the cleanings have been quick. Unfortunately, with my most recent visit this was not the case. After the cleaning I was informed that I owed about $450 that I had to pay out of pocket that my insurance wouldn't cover. Left with no other choice, I paid it and called my insurance after. Turns out Preston Hollow had never sent what was done over to my insurance and forced me to pay everything out of pocket! Cut to two months later after going back and forth between my insurance and Preston Hollow multiple times and I get a trivial $80 refund back. Did I mention that Preston Hollow went back and changed the prices that they had charged me after the fact to charge for more? Or that I still have not received a accurate invoice or receipt for the final billing? Don't take your chances here, go to one of the other dozen dentists in the area that know how to bill properly.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating here! My procedure was painless and they were so helpful with the after care! The dentist may not be your favorite way to spend some of your day but you are well cared for and leave with a better and healthy smile!

An outstanding dental office!

I wanted to pass along some appreciation for all the wonderful service I've received at Preston Hollow Dental Care. I've been visiting for about 3 years.

Michelle Rivera, the office leader, has been outstanding! I could go on and on about how her level of professional service has really made for a great experience out of this office. She's very organized and concise and just a pleasure to work with all around.

I've had a fair amount of work done in the last year or so and everyone has been very hospitable and attentive.

I do actually look forward to going to the dentist you should know!

I was apprehensive looking for a new dentist but I have found a place that is great. The people are very friendly and very professional.
The assistants so nice and cheerful.The location is perfect, the office very clean and sanitary.

Dr. Cha and the practitioners are extremely helpful and took the time to explain every aspect of my dental status, care, and goals for my teeth. dr.cha also was always upfront about what she thought was doable and what alternatives were. And when it came to talking about cost, they didn't shy away from numbers or expectations especially abbot discussing my insurance! I strongly recommend this office because they were professional and welcoming to me as a new patient. Loved it here.and to anyone worried about the pandemic, every patient is separated by a cubby, almost all my xrays were done in one room
