Trinity Dental Loft - Dallas

Great experience!!! I would recommend this dental office to anyone wanting a comfortable, clean, and knowledgeable environment. Their staff is also incredible. I enjoyed speaking with their front office which is super nice - Liz and their assistant Trisha is very experienced and fun! I usually have trouble finding a dentist and this is by far the best dentist I have been to! Dr. Amber James is professional and she ensures that her patients have a quality experience. Moving here from Florida, I can say that I am so thankful to have found this location and I can’t wait until my next visit!!!!!!! I don’t usually do reviews but I’d 10000% recommend this dentist to anyone in the DFW area!

Dr James is so sweet and personable. I have had bad experiences in the past and felt I was pushed hard to get more dental work done. BUT Dr James is very honest and open, she explains when you ask questions. She is gentle during the cleaning as well! Her hygienist is also great! I used to live closer but now drive a little ways go see her.

Let me be clear: I have NEVER liked going to the dentist. My first visit, my blood pressure was so high, the readings had to be taken several times - and it was only a consult. The next appointment, when I was actually getting work done, I had to mentally prepare the day before and slept horribly. Despite that deeply ingrained fear, I'd made up my mind to get my dental act together; I could not have chosen a better dentist! The staff is amazing and make you feel at ease, like family. And, I promise you, Dr. James is the goddess of dentistry! She has repaired so many shoddy dental jobs I've gotten in the past to the point that my teeth just done look the same. Not to mention, discomfort is non-existent. Best decision I could have ever made for my dental health is going to her. Second appointment at Trinity today and it was another great experience. The staff is so incredibly friendly that I almost forget I'm there for a procedure. It's always a pleasant visit. Amber is very thorough and answered all my questions. I appreciate her attention to detail and her willingness to explain it all to me. Will recommend Trinity Dental Loft to anyone who asks!

It was my first time and my process here was a breeze. Everything from check in, to getting my x rays, cleaning, exam, and check out was very thorough. I really liked that I was given a mirror to see my teeth as Dr. James explained the results of my exam. Dr. James and her team are all around amazing!

Lucky for me, my experience at Trinity Dental Loft was excellent. The team is warm and kind (shoutout to Liz and Trisha!) and the office is well kept, clean and comfortable. Dr. James-Ifill is a superb dentist. 5 starts easy. Highly recommend.

Today was my second visit at Trinity. I'm a very picky patient at the dentist office I watch people's hands for cleanliness. I'm always like "Are they touching papers then putting their hands in my mouth?! Are they touching the door then touching tools that are going in my mouth?!" Thankfully I never had to correct the staff here they were very clean and professional. I had lots of questions about dental hygiene for the hygienist and she was patient and answered each one thoroughly. The dentist was very professional and friendly as well, my second visit I got a cavity filled and she treated me with care no pain procedure and made sure I was comfortable. The office experience is comfortable as well, very modern and they have personal TVs and headphones so you can watch YouTube, Netflix or Hulu during your cleaning/procedure instead of staring at the ceiling listening to tools drill in your mouth. I'll definitely be back!

Dr. James is an amazing doctor. She is truly the Queen of Dentistry. She’s repaired my old fillings and in the process of upgrading my smile as I just recently completed 15 months of Orthodontic treatment. She has provided excellent service to me and my family and taken care all of our dental needs. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. Liz also provided exceptional services from the time we booked our appointments to processing claims with our insurance. Trish is very knowledgeable and informative about our dental health and the services provided. We will definitely continue coming here going forward. I highly recommend her for your dental needs.
