I feel Dr. L is the definition of warmth and care.
I’ve always been received with the sweetest diligence and understanding. Sometimes the myths and legends of the best trip to the dentist exists. Here it’s been true every time I visit.

I don’t care to give many places review because I’m a face to face sort of gent, however I know that my old ways are now way ward in the light of ease of communication. As such I feel the very best of my salvos will be the standard going forward. I’ve chosen TexSmiles as that gold pinnacle of excellence.

Kudos to your team as well, Dr’s. There is never anything more important than making your customers feel like family.

Great place! The entire staff are super friendly and super patient with all my questions. The office is clean and modern. Services are quick. This office has totally erased all fears of visiting the dentist.

Fantastic practice. Both staff & physicians are on point. I've been & loved it (even as a last minute emergency), and now my son has been and loved it (he's 8; doesn't care much for the dentist). We'll definitely be making this our go too dentistry.

I went in with extreme pain and was told I would need extensive work done to one of my molars and an extraction of a wisdom tooth. While going over costs I was made to feel as if - if I didn’t pay for all the suggested repairs and work - I didn’t care about my teeth- and I would continue to have problems , I decided I would only do the extraction for the time being because of the costs. The doctor and assistants were very attentive, the doctor was a bit rough while performing the procedure. I am aware a tooth extraction involves force but if a patient advises you they have pain because of a movement you are doing- maybe change positions? Well I didn’t have much to complain about till the follow up call occurred. I let them know I was in a lot of pain and I would appreciate a stronger medication be prescribed to take the pain away. The follow up nurse apologized and told me she would speak to the doctor and get me something prescribed right away - then would call me back. Well when she called back I was told I needed the extensive and costly repair to my molar to completely take away my pain and that was the reason the pain medication would not help and they would not be prescribing any additional medication. I am very disappointed with this place- it came highly recommended and I was told it was actually quite affordable, both assumptions were incorrect. While some of the staff is very kind and very accommodating the way the whole situation played out really left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place at this time. There definitely should be a better way to communicate to patients the need for procedures, the cost- and the consequences of not doing either recommendations.

My son and myself were so pleased with the knowledgeable staff. Everyone made my son feel safe (age 10) during his cleaning and check up. The Dr. is so down to earth and upfront with all costs that come along with procedure. Highly recommend.

I have had some bad experiences with. Dentist. So I waited till they opened to see a dentist I love the entire staff from front to back. Dr Lui is so awesome. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. The office is so clean and updated you can kick back and watch tv till they are done They always care about how you are doing If your considering a dentist.... definitely consider going to them You will be glad you did Thank you to everyone. I’m blessed to have a great dentist now. 😊😊

I'll start by saying, if you are doubting going to the dentist, come here. I went in because I had a piece break off one of my molars. I can honestly say that I was surprised how comfortable I was, despite having my tooth drilled on. The doctor had great bedside manner and constantly made sure I was not in pain. On top of that, she somehow kept the top portion of my tooth while repairing the damaged portion. This was far better than any of my other dentist experiences.

Dr. Liu and the whole staff are amazing! They all make me feel comfortable and welcomed every time I visit. Highly recommend Tex Smiles Dental :-)

Came in for an emergency appointment because of pain on my jaw stemming from a cavity. Ended up having to get a root canal performed and crown for molar. The staff was extremely courteous and nice. Dr.Liu performed the root canal and the crown placement. Professional, caring, and efficient are just a few words I could say about Dr.Liu. I’ve found the Dental location where I will continue to use for all of my needs. Thanks all at Texsmiles for getting me taken care of!

Came in for my initial consultation and I have to say I could not be happier with the ENTIRE staff. The front desk lady was friendly, the dental assistant was kind , and both doctors are fantastic! They went over multiple treatment options and helped me pick the best one to suit my particular dental needs. They even have over head TVs with Netflix to watch during your procedures. I have sever anxiety when it comes to going g to the dentist and either doctors helped put me at ease. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.
