My experience with the hygienist was great. But the office staff and billing clerk are not friendly. Have contacted them several times to find out when they will file with my insurance company (I paid close to $500 for my services) and it's been 2 months with no answer. This last time I called, it just went to voicemail. When I canceled my appointment, they asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no, and they said ok...and hung up! Frustrated!

I loved going here, Dr. Apilado was so patient and knew how to work with kids. I am so saddened he left. This new female dentist, she didn't even tell us her name or introduce herself, has no patience for kids. Without even giving my child a chance she automatically referred her out. Needless to say, she needs to learn how to treat kids and have patience or she will loose more patients. Shout out to Texas Dental who knows how to do their job and doesn't turn their back on little ones.

Loved it! I greatly appreciate the attention I got and the warm reminder I received via phone call the day prior. Everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. The cleaning could have been a little more thorough but I will definitely be back! Making this place my only dental place from now on.

When I was 15 I went for a cleaning and they gave me veneers because I had a gap. I liked my gap. My mother didn't aprove. My babysitter not guardian took me and they asked her and she said yes. They had no right to do this to me and I'm still traumatized by this. I'm sure they just wanted the medicaid money. There was absolutely no medical reason to give me veneers. Not only that they filed my teeth down then sent me home for 2 weeks, with no pain medication, while they waited for the veneers to come in. It hurt to breathe, eat or drink. Please don't do this to your kids I am 31 now they took my smile away forever. And I have not gone back to the dentist since. I have my wisdom teeth coming in and this isn't as painful as they left my two front teeth. It was DR Tippin f**k white colonizers.

Amazing Doctor and staff. I have horrible nerves and they do their best to eliminate all pain before had. I drool a bit but hey it's the dentist right. Kind, respectful and attentive staff. If you need a cleaning to a root canal this is the place to go. Care and quality trump time and quantity

Been going here for years, always a GREAT experience from front desk lady's to the back. Everyone friendly!! Dr. Apilado knows what his doing, great dentist and has Excellent bedside manners and very good with kids!!

It was a great experience, Dr. Paul Apilado and his staff were very professional and thorough during my visit. They were very fast and efficient. Everyone was also nice and courteous, highly recommend going there.
