"Bottom line is we cannot see you," was the apology I received when I showed up and they had neglected to document my appointment.
I scheduled anothet appointment for their other location. I had a 9 am appointment and was seen at 2 pm. Internet had been down due to a car accident.
I went in for cleaning, but cleaning services were not provided.

All the staff where very nice EXCEPT the dentist. I came in for evaluation and a hopeful tooth extraction. I've had teeth pulled before and it's kind of scary, right? So the he (dentist) comes in the room I'm in intro herself then assess' me.She wanted to do a root canal on the infected tooth, her recommendation. I say ok then the hit me with "$2,000" to do procedure! I said it's too much just pull it, only costs $215. Then she suggests to pull not just that tooth but the one behind it. Wasn't going to happen cost too much. So we agree on extracting the ONE tooth I came in for. She puts the oragel on the gum and immediately after tells me t close eyes. I couldn't believe she didn't give t 5 to actually numb my mouth. hen she stuck me. left the room and came back 5 min later and it wasn't numb yet so she STABS ME SO HARD! I think she liked it??? Hurts so much I pleaded for her to stop and she's like "no, no come on now". I was in excruciating pain, even more after the second shot. I didn't trust her after that and got out of there. If a patient tells you "stop your hurting me!", your suppose to stop! I forget her name but she was Indian/middle eastern. Only $37 dollar counseltation /ex-ray fee. Should of took that as a hint that the place was ghetto. And it smelled like rotten breath in the waiting room. Spay something to cover the smell of decay up. The assistant was super nice to me though :) I just feel bad for the dentists patients. I honestly believe that if she was drilling my mouth and I felt pain, she wouldn't stop. Like I'm suppose to just deal with it. Man she really ruined my day. Had me in tears during and after!

Sure knows how to bleed your insurance dry and still charge you a differential, oh, and her front desk will threaten to send you to collections if you don't make payments.

Went in as a walk-in saw me right away with no issues staff very polite and professional very affordable dentist with good memory she saw me 3 years ago and still remembered me they make everyone feel very welcomed considering it’s a dentist
