I was greeted warmly by my name when I first walked in. The receptionist wore a mask and wore a disposable safety gown. My temperature was taken and I was asked to fill out a short form with about 6 questions regarding how I was currently feeling physically and any travels I may have made. I sat in the waiting room with chairs socially distanced for only about 5 minutes. My hygienist called me back and was very polite as always. She made me feel comfortable. I was only getting a cleaning that day and no examination by Dr. Rizk, but soon he poked his head in the door and greeted me briefly and asked how I was doing. He was very pleasant. The cleaning was thorough. The hygienist gave me some feedback on my dental care and tips for better cleaning and did so with care and no judgement. It was a wonderful experience.

I have been suffering the consequences of allowing this “dentist” to work on me. I am Having both root canals redone because both crowns were done so poorly and they never fit well. I complained from the beginning and he was rude and abrasive when I went to see him. I am not there to make friends however if I pay for dental work I expect quality work… lesson learned!
