Dr. Ro and his staff are amazing! Going to the dentist isn’t always a comfortable experience but at Eastside Dental they go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable. The environment is clean, cheerful and professional. They always work their hardest to get their patients seen quickly and when it’s most convenient for the patient.

I wish all dental offices were as kind, helpful and understanding as the staff of Dr. Ro. Staff and Dr. Ro took their time making sure I was at ease during the x-rays, examination and explanation of a treatment plan, Dr. Ro listened to MY concerns and what I wanted to accomplish. He did not push me into any procedures that were unnecessary. Sandra and Sylvia were absolutely patient and comforting with me especially knowing I was a ball of nerves going in. Glad to know some offices still choose quality care over quantity! ☺️

I’m incredibly impressed with Dr.Ro and his office. I came in with extreme anxiety concerning an overdue wisdom tooth. The last of four. He and his assistant (I forgot her name but she was amazing) put me at ease, constantly checking in on my level of comfort. He as able to extract a tooth that had previously been referred to oral surgeon care. He did it with such ease and without any pain, I couldn’t believe he had actually extracted it. We have a plan for other procedures that are long overdue and I am now confident he and his staff will continue to do what is necessary with precision and care. They take all precautions with Covid-19 . Highly recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr.Paul Ro’s dentistry. Very clean, staff practices safe routines to insure everything is clean. Staff is very friendly, they go above and beyond to explain what they are doing, great with my daughter. Their kindness and patience makes the environment feel so relaxing and welcoming. Another awesome thing is I never had to wait more than 5 mins to be called in. I live on the other side of town but I do not mind driving across town all staff is awesome 👏.
