Exceptional service and Dr. Luk was fantastic. Spent a lot of time explaining the procedures and options (amazing "bedside manner") and I never felt rushed. Hands down the best dental experience of my life! Office personnel also extremely nice and helpful. The entire staff is exceptional in every way. True pain free dentistry. A personal touch I’ve never experienced before from anyone in the medical profession.

My experience in the office was amazing the front desk people where nice and respectful with a good attitude when walking through the door. Dr. Luk seen me and as well had a great attitude made me feel more comfortable being there but I seen Dr. Luk for some pain I was having in my gum Area and was able to help me and educate me on what’s going so I would say this was the best experience that I had in a dental office in a long time. Best dental office in Fort Worth!

Doctor Luck was amazing, and the staff very professional. He gave excellent care and ensured I was comfortable as could be! From the moment I entered everyone was friendly, caring and knowledgable. Team at Fort Dental was able to schedule me quickly for an emergency crown replacement. During the replacement process, I was made to feel at home and at ease, which is not always the case considering the procedure. Their new facility is spacious and state of the art, which helped expedite my replacement. I thoroughly recommend using Fort Dental for your dental needs!

First visit and was quite impressed. Cassie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was friendly and clearly knows what she’s doing. At one point she assured me the provided mouthwash was going to be amazing. I had always thought Fireball was the answer to this. I figured if it could kill heartache and memories, it was good enough to kill germs in the mouth. Au contraire..the provided stuff is in fact fantastic. Save that tithing money and spend it on your smile with Cassie. You’ll have pearly whites at the pearly gates. Jesus will understand.

Dr. Luk was great. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Very professional and left an impression that I had made the correct decision to visit Fort Dental.

On my first visit I was so impressed about the friendliness of the front office staff. When shown to an examining room, that staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The dentist, Dr. Luc was knowledgeable and reassuring. The entire appointment went beyond my expectations.

I'm a 48yr old who has this incredible fear of the dentist. I had a dental emergency and went in to see Dr. Luk, and he and his entire team have literally cured my fear.

What incredible professionalism, and the feeling like I've known them all for years.

My testimony of Dr Cheng and his great staff is very personal and real. Dr Cheng was my dentist for several years until I moved a couple hundred miles to the east. It is said that it’s hard to appreciate something until you have something to compare it to. This is my lesson. I always knew that Dr Cheng was top notch, but it wasn’t until I moved away and had a couple of procedures done that I really understood just how good he and his crew are. I found the “best dentist” in my new hometown along with the very best periodontist in the area. To get to these I still had to drive almost an hour. I realized that compared to what I was used to, both the professionalism and the results were sorely lacking. One example is in the removal of a temporary tooth prior to installing a permanent crown, the dentist actually ground off almost half of an adjacent “real” tooth! Without consent, I might add. Separately, the periodontist felt like he was using a jackhammer and crowbar in my mouth, and I’m really not exaggerating much. Trying to “cut my losses”, I made an appointment with Dr Cheng to clean up the mess and finalize the permanent crown. I drive 220 miles for this. I saw Dr Cheng first thing this morning and we are absolutely back on track, and I realize some things are worth the wait and worth the drive. Thank you, Fort Dental. You have my thanks and loyalty from now on.
