Fort Worth Cosmetic & Family Dentist is absolutely THE BEST clinic for many reasons. Their diagnostic equipment is state of the art. The receptionist are wonderful…. friendly, pleasant & polite. The dental assistants, dental hygienist are also very nice, skilled and are concerned with keeping the patient informed & comfortable. Dr Mikulik is a FABULOUS dentist! She is very skilled, smart & does beautiful & quality work. She explains what the procedure entails and is always concerned with patient comfort & wellbeing. From my personal experience, FWCFD is THE BEST dental clinic that I have been a patient of.

WOW…Fort Worth Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is amazing. We recently moved to the area and I needed to find a new dentist for a routine teeth cleaning. So I googled a few options nearby and landed on FWCFD, which I’m super thankful I did. From the very first phone call to the moment my appointment had finished, their customer service was above and beyond. Dr. Laura, Kylee and Denell were all extremely welcoming, incredibly friendly and fantastic at their job. Well done, FWCFD! I highly recommend this place.

Best dentist ever! I have been a patient for over 10 years and would nobly recommend FWCFD. Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind. I had Invisalign completed here too and was very pleased with the results and wrecked! 11 out of 10 stars!!!

Ever since we moved to texas, we were in search for a dental clinic that’s very meticulous about pain tolerance and restorative care. I have had really bad experiences in the past that scared me away from dental clinics so it took a lot of courage for me to trust any clinic in the beginning. My colleagues and friends are already existing patients of this clinic and everyone of them only had great things to say about these guys so I finally went there for a consultation. Not only they are super professional, detail oriented and empathetic, they let you go at your own pace and wont push anything you are not comfortable with. I have had all my wisdom teeth removed and got fillers as well. The whole procedure was so easy and the recovery time was barely couple days. Dr. Mikulik - you are a rockstar! My hygienist Jessica is amazing, she is extremely patient with me, communicates cleary and keeps me at ease all the time. I love working with her and would recommend her 100%. With my busy work schedule, I missed some of my appointments and the office staff, Destini and Hannah were super helpful in rescheduling me without any trouble on multiple occasions. In summary, these guys are a 10 on 10 for me.

I started Invisalign back in November, and being that this is my first time doing ortho treatment, it has been a comfortable and even knowledgeable process. Crystal and Dr. Mikulik have taken incredible care of me through every step so far, and it’s clear they ensure quality and care in their work. Although my teeth weren’t too bad alignment-wise, I’ve seen drastic improvement, making this the best decision for my smile goals.
I always have a great time when I come by the office, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

So far, best dentist ever! I’ve never had a dentist be so thorough as to take pictures and do a 3D scan of my whole mouth; the technology is great! Great staff and highly skilled professionals!

I have been going here for a few years now. Started going here after a long break of dentistry because of several previous bad experiences. Denell has been especially helpful as I got my teeth back into shape. She is patient and kind and knowledgeable about what she does. Did Invisalign and Crystal was awesome throughout the experience. Dr M was awesome with some dentistry work but all the docs have been great! Thank you!
