I was new in town and needed to get a semiannual checkup. Ideal Dental of West 7th was near my apartment so decided to come here. When I checked in, the lady and the front counter was doing her makeup (not the most professional). I did my checkup, was told I needed to get 4 fillings. It seemed a bit odd because I hadn't had a cavity in over 5 years and had regular dental check-ups. Not knowing any better, I accepted and got them that same day. In hindsight, I should have had a second exam elsewhere before I got my teeth drilled into. The dentist/provider, Lisa Tran, billed my insurance over $1800.00 for the check-up and 4 fillings (she was on Instagram when I checked out). Also, the staff was really pushing Invisalign. This experience was quite unpleasant.

I moved from Dallas to the downtown Fort Worth area in May so I needed to find a new dentist. I found Ideal Dental on West 7th online and it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me! Dr. Tran is the most knowledgeably dentist I’ve ever had! I also have to mention that the technology in this office is cutting-edge, the images shown to me made me really trust her diagnosis. I can honestly say that I received great dental care!

They get you started pretty quickly and the nice ladies behind the front desk are very helpful. Dr. Tran works fast and efficiently to get you in and out and effectively communicate and thing that might need to be addressed in your mouth. Very positive vibes all around while drilling in your mouth. Can’t complain though walk out with a fresh new smile every time!

Had pretty persistent dental pain which led to an emergency visit Saturday afternoon, Dr. Tran and her amazing staff completed the procedure the same day, literally relieving possibly one of the worst forms of dental pain i've encountered.
