Aesthetic General Dentistry of Frisco

Dr. Patel has been my dentist for about 7 years. He has pretty much revitalized all my teeth and saved me from dentures. Dr. Patel and his team are highly professional, compassionate and have made some really tough procedures painless. Their focus on patient safety and comfort have kept me at ease and helped me not dread visits.

Because of the challenges posed by my issues, Dr. Patel went so far as to seek out advice from mentors before planning out how we would attack each tooth. He helped me understand what I would be experiencing in simple terms, step by step.

One of the most important aspect of my relationship with Dr. Patel has been his willingness to go at my pace, both by the timing of the work needed, and financially. We have continually setup long term plans for work needing to be done. I have never felt pressured to move forward with too much work at any given time.

Speaking of cost, his team has done a great job of living up to the original estimates and working with my insurance companies. I have not had to worry about charges exceeding the estimates.

In addition, there is the convenience of him having a crown milling device in his office. I have received several crowns within an hour of coming in. This is incredibly convenient from a timing perspective, as well as having fewer numbing shots.

I have recommended others to Aesthetic General Dentistry of Frisco and will continue to do so. Top dentist and a great supporting staff!

Had my first visit at Aesthetic General Dentistry of Frisco today. Dr. Patel and his staff were very welcoming, did a great job cleaning my teeth, and took time to show me my x-rays on the tv screen and explain what he saw and his approach moving forward. My son who typically hates the dentist went earlier this week and did great as well. Highly recommend!

Best staff ever! Beautiful, spotless office! Chill vibe! Dr. P knows his stuff! It's obvious that he loves his work! The latest technology! 100% non-judgemental! Excellent bedside manner! I highly recommend them to everyone, especially if you have dental anxiety!

My family has been going here for the past 5 years. I've been to a lot of dentists in my time, but not like here. Dr. Patel is skilled and follows modern evidence based dentistry. His staff is excellent and his equipment is modern. I'm very pleased and wouldn't take my family anywhere else!

Great safety practices during covid. Staff is always pleasant, professional, &courteous. The hygienist are very gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel is so kind and pleasant. The office has all the latest dental technology and keeps up on continuing education & trends in the industry. I am happy to go to the dentist as I know I will get the best care and they politely put up with all my idiosyncrasies and fears. They really want you to have the best health and be comfortable in there care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel since I moved to Texas. He is very knowledgeable and pays attention to your individual needs and limitations. His staff is kind and respectful.

Would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff. I've been a patient for years now, and I've always had a great experience. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I'm rather nervous when going to the dentist, and they are wonderful at helping me relax. Dr. Patel is very skilled and patient, and explains everything in detail. Overall just a terrific office.

Dr. Patel and his staff were great. I was the last patient of the day, on a Friday, and was in no way rushed or made to feel like a burden. My hygienist brought up some great conversation while still presenting herself very professionally. Other staff also stopped by and greeted me. Two of them even remembered me from the last time I had been in 3 months before. Dr. Patel was very clear and concise. He, just like his staff, presented himself as approachable and personable while still displaying professionalism. All of this assured me that Dr. Patel is very good at what he does and takes pride in his work and ownership in his patients’ well-being. It also seems Dr. Patel is picky about the staff he brings on and must stress to them, continually, the importance of customer/patient service.

Overall, I interfaced with Dr. Patel and 5 other staff (not including the 3 other employees who both greeted me upon arrival and said good-bye as I was paying for my visit). None of whom showed any body language or annoyance that I typically feel when I am at a business or office after 5:00pm on a Friday afternoon. Everyone treated me as if the survival of the practice itself depended on my patronage. I may likely move soon, but I will have no reservations about blocking out an entire afternoon to make the drive to Dr. Patel’s office for any dental services I need in the future.

Staff was very friendly, very good at small talk. Which I am not so I enjoyed being engaged. The doctor gave me a nice education with how thorough he was throughout the checkup. Will be scheduling appts with them from now on. Thanks to all of you 😁
