I was very dissatisfied with being asked to pay 25% upfront for a filling during my next appointment! (She "waived" the fee when I questioned it) Not only that, but she made me a hard plastic mouth guard that did not fit right. My bite was off. I went back for 3 adjustments, and it still wasn't fitting properly. I was a patient when she was beginning her practice (Nov 2012), so maybe she's worked out the kinks by now. =/
