I am very pleased with Lake Granbury Dental & Orthodontics . I must say they are the best granbury dentists in united states. They provide me the perfect dental treatment according to my needs. Their service is really great . So I would like to recommend Lake Granbury Dental & Orthodontics for dental care services.

It was a great dentist before it was sold to Great Expressions. My son and I just went in for our 6 month visit and cleaning. Suddenly we each need over $1000(our share) of dental work and they didn't even do the cleaning. They just gave us the estimate and told us to apply for care credit. Ridiculous.

Having just moved to Granbury, I called around asking for a yearly dental exam and cleaning, specifying that I didn't enjoy chit-chatty personelle. I had trouble finding the office and the receptionist was out in the parking lot trying to find me. ABOVE and beyond her job description. The dentist was excellent, professional and thorough. The hygienist was also businesslike and professional. I'm a senior citizen and I have found my permanent dental office in Granbury! Thanks! Carol Keller

It is best dental care service in extremely affordable prices.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The office was clean and professional. The doctor got down to brass tax and didnt try to upsell any procedures, while still being friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend Great Expressions.

My husband and I just left Lake Granbury Dental and Orthodontics off of Paluxy Medical Circle very dissatisfied.

My husband needs a tooth extracted and I needed a cleaning. I made it clear what we needed when I scheduled the appointments last week. We were quoted $39 for his exam and X-rays and $120 for the extraction then $69 for my exam, X-rays, and cleaning. His appointment was as noon, mine was scheduled for 2:00pm.

When we arrived my husband filled out the paperwork that included medical history. He was called back and I wanted to go with him. I was told I needed to wait until he had his X-rays then I could go back.

I was never called back. Next thing I hear my husband at the counter behind the door. He was being told "that will be $39 today." I opened the door and went back as he was handing over his card. I asked what was up and they said he needed to come back tomorrow, they didn't have him scheduled for an extraction and didn't have the time. I wasn't happy and said we could not go back anytime this week. So the girl said well she would go ahead and do it today then. They sent us back into the exam room.

While waiting in the room my husband and I were discussing what the dentist told him. He said the dentist was pushing a root canal and crown for over $1300. That irked me bc my husband just wanted the tooth pulled. The lady overheard our conversation and came in the room. She had a bad attitude and told me that the dr HAD to try to save the tooth. She started to throw away the paper towel that was on my husband and I said, "oh no, he already PAID you for the exam you're doing the extraction because I'm not paying to start this process over somewhere else."

She walked out and a few mins later a different girl comes in and says they see on his medical history that he just had a hip replacement so they cannot treat him any further. She said, "we aren't even supposed to touch you until 6 months after surgery." Then I responded with, "We would like our money back that he just paid. Had you read the history questionnaire prior to the exam you would have found the exam was not needed." Of course they wouldn't refund our $39.

We'll chalk this up to a $39 lesson that is saving us a lot of future money and headache. I have 3 kids that will be needing braces but I'm not putting out that kind money out until I find a reputable and respectable dentist/orthodontist.
