Space City Smiles Spring Branch Dentist

Dr. Phan and his staff were wonderful! They were very reassuring and made sure that I experienced no pain throughout my procedure. Whenever I called several days later with questions, I was able to speak directly to Dr. Phan and he answered all of my questions and told me that if I felt that I needed to come in to see him, just to call and I would be worked into the appointment schedule. A wonderful office and the right place to go to take care of your dental needs.

I love this dentist. :) My friend referred to me here because she has said that Dr.Phan is very good for dentist anxiety. I have not gone to the dentist in years and needed I finally but the bullet and went in.

The office is clean and very aesthetically pleasing. There’s a small waiting room with clean restrooms and the patient rooms are also very nice. There’s TV screens to keep you occupied.

I have done a routine cleaning and teeth whitening here and have been very happy with the results. :)

Dr.Phan was incredibly helpful and kind. I plan to always come here to maintain my teeth health! :)

Dr. Phan was very professional and personal! He went above and beyond to ensure I received the most out of my visit and that I was comfortable throughout. Even though I came late for my appointment and stayed past closing, him and his staff did not rush the process and still provided quality care. The office was also welcoming and clean. I use to dread going to the dentist, but he made this a very pleasant experience and I am completely satisfied and would go back.

I was flossing a couple days ago and one of my permanent crowns came off (initially placed on at a different practice, not by Dr. Phan). I don't have a go-to dentist in Houston yet but stumbled across Dr. Phan at Space City Dental while driving by. He was able to book me in within the next two days and re-cemented my crown on. He was very thorough, light with his hands, and always made sure I felt comfortable. The entire visit was very fast. Also, his staff are very nice and the office is exceptionally clean. I will definitely be coming back for future dental work as well as referring to him to all my friends an family.

Johnathan Phan explained everything in details that I was able to understand. He was very polite and patient. Price was not over priced and I felt comfortable at the dentists office. The environment is extremely cleanly. I would highly recommended Space City Smiles.

Staff:
Dr. Pham and his staff are polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Pham is quick and through with his exam and is very nice to talk with.

Ease of access and atmosphere:
It is easy to get in and out of the office parking lot as it is not crowded, (just pull into and out of the lot slowly at an angle if you have a car as the entrance is steep). There is little to no wait when I have been (mornings and afternoon). The office is bright and clean throughout. They offer water and a play area for small children in the waiting area. The exam rooms have TVs on the wall and ceiling ,which is a nice touch during a routine cleaning, with comfortable exam room chairs.

Scheduling:
The first time I went for a routine cleaning I booked online and had an appointment within the week. They always answer the phone when I call the office and helpfully send reminders of upcoming appointments via text. I usually schedule my next appointment when checking out so haven't used the online scheduling since my first appointment.

Services:
I have had routine cleanings, dental x-rays, Invisalign, and have purchased teeth whitening strips at the office. Insurance covered the routine visits and x-rays. The Invisalign treatment and whitening trays were affordable and effective. Dr. Pham offered financing to manage the cost of Invisalign which was very helpful.

Dr. Phan is very understanding about affordable/flexible costs and remains professional about his business. He is very reassuring and definitely wishes the best for his clients. He explains his procedures and answers thoroughly. Overall a great experience and plan to come to this place for future check-ups!

Best dentist I’ve ever seen! I haven’t been in a while due to financial issues and life problems, so my teeth weren’t the best. I was terrified when the dentist Dr. Jonathan Phan said I had to get some teeth pulled, but he broke down all the pricing (cheapest around Spring Branch!!) and advise they specialize in “painless extractions”. I’ve never had any teeth pulled so I had so much anxiety, but Dr. Phan seriously made it painless! I felt no pain during my procedure where he pulled 3 teeth and he gave me a prescription for pain meds that was also affordable (use GoodRX for the best price at the pharmacy) and treated me so nice. He didn’t make me feel bad for not having perfect dental hygiene during my late teenage years or not seeing a dentist in so long (like my last dentist) and the office is wonderful. There’s TVs you can watch during your procedure which have movies, comedies, cartoons for kids, everything. They are also very clean and hygienic, like the office is spotless and always smells good. Dr. Phan is so funny and calm, he really makes the whole visit less stressful.

I recommend him to everyone in Spring Branch!

Going to the dentist at Space City Smiles is a pleasant experience - Dr. Phan has taken the scary out of going to the dentist. He is very knowledgeable about his work and is very careful not to hurt you. As he performs his skills I watch a movie on the ceiling. His office staff is very nice and helpful as well. I will never go to another dentist. Try this man - you will not be disappointed 😀😀

I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and yesterday I decided to try it out here and omg, I am amazed. Dr Phan and his team are very kind and professional. They didn’t judge me or rant about me not going every six months. Dr Phan did a deep cleaning procedure and he made sure that I was okay and comfortable throughout the procedure. He explained everything in detail to me just because I was curious. Not to mention, the office is also very clean and welcoming!
