Review in general since presenting problem. NOTE multiple locations
Didn't properly take care of initial problem I came for awhile ago (westhiemer), causing recent procedure to fail and become a health concern after becoming infected.(some other location i cant remember) (antoine) couldnt fix/see the problem even with rads. Suggested tooth pull/implant sx.
Forced to see a specialist to fix a improperly done root canal/cavity fill they immediately found on xray. Being treated for abcess infections from root canal, have to get surgery to fix damage during cavity fill. Suggested pulling the tooth for implant fit, specialist immediately shot that down. Won't be coming back. Seriously disappointed/dissatisfied and not returning.
Staff was kind but the care given while immediate is costing me in specialist costs.

I came in to schedule an appointment, luckily for me there was an available spot at that moment, so I took it. The checkup and cleaning procedure were quick but efficient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, I will definitely return for my dental needs.
