The staff was very helpful and understanding. The ladies in the front are nice and easy to talk to. They are fast and efficient. The doctors were very friendly and helped me understand my concerns.They made sure if I was alright through my whole experience there. I highly recommend coming here especially if you have kids.

All the Staff are professional, courteous, caring, efficient and patient. They accepted to help me even if I came late and desperate. I had a terrible experience in a previous dental clinic which made me have a phobia of going to the dentist. I was also very impressed by the Doctor in the way of practicing. I didn't feel pain and as a matter of fact, when She Told me that the tooth was out, it was incredible because I didn't feel it. She exceeded my expectations. I will give references for your clinic. The Practicing Dentist was Dr. Gupta and her assistants (I forgot their names, I apologise), Very pleasant Doctor and assistants; staff at the front office also were very pleasant and helpful. Remember, "the first impression is a long lasting". I'll keep Jefferson therefore for my dental care.

Thank you to all the staff and for Dr. Lee for being so informative and diligent with his work. Dr. Lee and his assistant performed 2 surgical extractions and 2 bone grafts which took about 2.5hrs around the 3rd week of May and even though I haven't been to the dentist in years Dr. Lee made me feel comfortable and at ease with my dental needs. Thank you to the office manager as well for being so transparent with my financial options. The whole process was quick and easy. Jefferson Dental in E. Irving you rock!

Horrible wait time. I called them to make an appointment and I gave my insurance prior to the appointment . I also called my insurance and the insurance representative was kind enough to talk to the dentist office to verify my benefits and confirm that I was in network before I went. I’m came to the appointment and waited 40 mins in the lobby because they are trying to verify my benefits, when it was all done prior to the appointment and I received confirmation. Very unprofessional.

Best 5 hours ever! I had a lot of work to get done. Dr. Gupta is so patient, kind and does amazing work. The dental assistants are very knowledgeable and are like her mini me's. I will be back. Thanks again ladies you rock!

The wait here is ridiculous!!!! Appointment was at 4:15pm and been here over 4hrs for just to have a tooth pulled!!!! The Dr who gave Me the shot. Does not know what He is doing. He jammed the needle hard 😡

LOVED THIS PLACE. Beautiful ladies helping out,running round, TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS.. Was there for 3 fillings and a cleaning. Dr. lee keeps his ship runnin full steam tip top shape while putting you as a top priority. CLEAR communication straight to the point about what will happen, what he can do, and what your options are for your grill.. Nurses were on point having you feel as comfortable as you can be considering your circumstance(Being at the dentist..yikes.). Had a decent time there and was kept company by Brittanie. B) with her 10 cavities i didnt feel so bad about being there hahahah..Thanks again and Ill see you when I see you.
