AWESOME dentist with tons of experience. Staff very very nice and accommodating. i drive past maybe 6 dentists to go to him. Dental work becomes necessary with NO warning usually, so its very reassuring to have a place that will accommodate your schedule.

Dr. Nix and everyone in the whole office is so helpful. My husband and I have had more dental work done than my whole family put together. They begin with making you comfortable. Dr. Nix explains every step as he does it. I was never in pain and right now I am getting ready for my very first root canal. I have been assured that there will be no problem with it.

My family and I have seen Dr. Nix for over 15yrs. Dr. Nix has a gentle beside manner. Comfortable environment, thorough, amazing staff and customer service. After many years we still make the trip from Dallas, wouldn't be happier anyplace else.

I've been coming to the Smile Spa since I was in high school (probably 15 years). I have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist, but everyone at the Smile Spa is always very patient with me and understanding. Dr. Nix is a great dentist that listens to what you have to say and has amazing bedside manner.

I'm not sure why previous reviewers could not be more appreciative of Dr Nix. He is a great dentist who takes the time to listen and thoroughly explains what is going on. I have had several major jobs performed by Dr. Nix and all have went great. I like Dr. Nix so much, I have my children seeing him as well. His staff is professional as well.
The only thing I will say, is if you have insurance, make sure what your coverage/limits are because I had a few items I had to get corrected with his billing staff. Don't ever count on someone else to make sure your money is in order though. Know what your coverage is.

I had been going to my dentist for 25 years. Recently he said I had a cavity above the gum line on a tooth next to a crown. He said he couldn't get to the cavity so he recommened replacing two teeth with implants at a cost of $7,000. I sought out Dr Nix for a second opinion. He recommended removing the crown which would provide access to the cavity and replace the crown at a cost of $1,000. I believe in saving your natural teeth as long as you can and now I've found a dentist who feels the same way. (Besides saving me $6,000) Thank you Dr. Nix!
