If I could give them Zero Stars I would. Horrible office manager, horrible dentist. While we were waiting in the waiting room a customer came in screaming that they "Pulled the Wrong Tooth!!" Dr. Santibanez should have her license revoked. My wife needs extensive dental work done and they made a temporary flipper that they wouldn't let her take out of the office!? Who does that!? My wife was so upset with how they treated her she cried all the way home. I hope y'all are proud of yourselves. Be forewarned. Go someplace else.

I have appointment today I was there 8.45 am morning also they txt me to confirm appointment your appointment 6/17/2021 your appointment 9 am I say ok now I came say you don’t have appointment I say txt me the confirm now you telling my system showing you don’t have appointment I show the txt message guys on front desk say I am sorry you appointment is not on my system I say you kidding me I took time off my work. Front desk next appointment will be august shame to them

Stay away! Dr Santibañez seems to be very nice and all but my whole experience felt very unprofessional and sloppy. First, they have a scheduling problem. I had to wait hours to be seen by the dentist even though I had an appointment and was on time. That’s not all, I had an inlay put in and it fell right off after a month. Unfortunately, this happened on a Friday night, so I got on their website where it clearly says that they take emergencies, and I called the number. They couldn’t see me over the weekend (they clearly don’t understand the definition of an emergency, and that is false advertisement) so I was supposed to wait till Monday @ 1pm to be seen, that meant waiting over 3 days with a hole in my tooth and in pain. The lady said she was going to try and contact some other clinics so that I can be seen on Saturday. Guess what? I never got a call back... she also suggested that I go to an urgent care clinic... what??? What are they going to do about a tooth?. So of course I had to take care of this problem myself and got another doctor over the weekend, got my problem solved and when I called them to ask for a reimbursement, they said no... so I would never recommend this place to anybody! What a waste of money, and time. This was an awful experience !!

I just love Dr. Santibanez and her whole staff! From the amazing front office staff, to the hygienist Talonda you can’t find a better group of people. In and out in a timely fashion and I always feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks Fulshear Modern Dentisty, you guys rock!!!!

Best dentist i’ve ever gone to! i’ve been to multiple other dentists and usually end up just not going to the dentist because of how much I hate the dentist. this office has truly been a good experience each time. I HATE the dentist, but I really do enjoy coming here. they are all very nice and care for you as a patient. I come 2 times a year and they remember me each time I walk in. i’ve been going here for over 2 years now and don’t plan on going anywhere else.
