Excellent care from the dentist for my 5 year old . He was so comfortable and happy when his procedure was done that he sat up and exclaimed "that was awesome !" Definitely would recommend for other families with lil ones .
Receptionist needs to be a bit more courteous and people friendly though. Still rate 5 stars because the dentist made up for the rude receptionist.

I honestly wouldn't even give them a star. It was a nightmare. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and was sent home with no medicine. They told me if I was in any pain to call them the next day. I ended up calling them because I was in extreme pain. The girl erica answered and said they would call it in. They gave me a call back not even 5 minutes later and told me the pharmacy denied to fill it. I was confused so I called the pharmacy and they told me they never received a call and didn't deny any prescription for me. I then decide to go up there. I asked the same girl erica about it and she tells me there is no dentist in that day. I'm confused as there are people waiting to be seen. Then they told me the dentist who did my extraction was the only one who could write me a prescription. They said they tried calling him but he hasn't returned their call. I waited in the waiting room until a guy called me to the back just to say when the dentist calls back they will call me. I never heard back from them. It makes me wonder if he is licensed at all as he cannot write a prescription. I ended up having to see my own dr and get the medicine I needed. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this office. The people who work there are unprofessional. I was lucky to be able to get my dr to call it in for me, but for some who don't have a regular dr. would just have to suffer. I wouldn't want anyone going through this. Hope this helps at least one person to make an informed decision.

Our family have been patients with the Lake Worth location for the past 4 years. Unfortunately we will no longer be visiting this office. We have to wait for no less then 45 minutes on each visit due to the front office not verifying the insurance. The last visit we were charged for a deep cleaning, which we did not receive. I was charged the fee for the service, but they did not actually complete it. There were no apologies, only a dismissive snotty attitude from the front office and even the dentist. As longtime patients I am beyond disappointed in this office. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
