front desk doesn’t know what they’re doing. website says they accept HMO insurance, but that was not the case in person. then the ladies told me it’d be $79 cash for a tooth pull which i was excited about as i had just paid rent, and the doctor said it’d be $300 😐 refunds are not immediate 🙄🙄🙄🙄 so i couldn’t even go to another dental office to which a front desk girl responded “idk what you want us to do about that. the doctor offered you medicine and you said it didn’t work” … how about work on your professionalism instead of trying to be right. extreme waste of time and unpleasant experience. nice people otherwise tho.

Just wanted to start of saying, I really appreciate this company and the employees in this office because they make sure you are well taken care of. Dr. Delvin DAISON was the one who did my filling, he did an amazing job even though I showed up last minute. Ms. Patty who is his assistant at that time did an amazing job as well! I was very satisfied and I left the dental office with a big smile. Thank you!! Shoutout to Royal Family dentistry! Dr. Delvin DAISON will forever be my dentist.

If I could give 10 stars I would! She was so patient with my daughter, my daughter is scared of the dentist but she tried 5 times! She’s also quick & easy with my boys! I highly recommend!!
