This was my first vist, and I have 2-3 more in the next month (root canal needed and a few cavities). All Covid-19 protocols are being followed. Everyone here is friendly and happy to answer questions. The staff put me right at ease, and the TVs on the wall and ceiling of the exam/work rooms are a really nice feature. When having work done it is a realief to put the mind on something else. Maggie is one of the best customer representatives/admins in the business, and she was 100% helpful. I'll do my best to post a review update after the temporary cap, final cap, and cavity work is completed.

Very friendly staff!! I had a tooth extracted and it wasnt easy! My fear of dentists is real... but Dr.Tay and his staff were very pleasant and kept me calm. And when i had pain Dr.Tay saw me right away and helped me. Definitely recomend this office to all. I myself will be taking my children here from now on as well.

Just before the beginning of the year and new to Texas I experienced an issue with my crown, which was just over 20yrs. I researched many dentist in the area. From the start I received excellent service from Dr. Tay and Dr. Nguyen. In the course of my exceptional service received and open-enrollment of my insurance I connected with my insurance agent and included Apple Springs Family Dentistry on my wishlist. I wanted to support this awesome establishment. The downfall became after conversing with the front desk assistant (Brook). Between the office and my agent the selection was "Humana" as also noted of on the website as accepted insurance. I scheduled my appointment with Brook. The day before my appointment I received a call and was told the office does not except my Humana PPO. In support my agent called and spoke with Brook to make resolve. She explained that she was meet with only constant "push-back". Honestly, I not sure if there is a billing department specialist on staff but going forward and in light of constant yearly insurance changes it would be quite helpful to future patients to have correct acknowledgement of "True to Light" correct information concerning insurance accepted.
